Check out a Muskies Canada Meeting, there is a chapter in Mississauga, joining MCI will shorten the learning curve drastically, check out there website at www.muskiescanada.ca as each chapter has regular meetings usually monthly, the website should give you names and numbers and location and times of meetings. This board has a lot of seasoned muskie anglers as well, and im sure will chime in once they see your post.

  8. Ron is gone, but the ACC will still be filled to capacity, until they loose the fan base, nothin will be done to make the leafs a Stanley Cup hopefull, every year its the same, they start like they were shot out of a cannon, and then they go for a crap, next year will be the same, history repeats itself, and yes by my post you would not think so but I do like the leafs, but one good line wont get you a cup.

  14. Slush cakes likely prevented you from hitting the best water, where the steelhead would sit with the cooler morning temps, bulk shottin could help you hit the good water between the slush cakes.
  15. Loomis NRX 802 which is 6 ft 8 in, and designed as a Bass rod and advertised as such, but its one heck of a great Walleye rod for pitcin Bucktails and rubber, paired with a Shimano Stella wjhich I run, or also paired with a stradic CI4

  23. Not sure about the Barrie area, but the city owns a certain footage from the centre of the street, back to tour property ie the boulevard, where I am I believe its 33ft from the centre of the street, they are responsible for that area, past that its your responsibility. I have had issues with plugged drains etc, and they resleeved the area, as the old cast pipes rust and catch every things that passes by it. They covered it, and no increase on taxes or bills etc. Check the city of Barrie, and what they are responsible for, also check the public works dept, and tell them your issues and they might come and run the cutters down your drain for you.
  24. x2 i was thinkin the same thing, at least some thing fly fishing at least
