  1. I didn't even look at the boat and I can say without a doubt get the 20. Max. it out on the motor rating. You will kick yourself if you dont.
  2. If fishing is better then sex...what is better then fishing?
  3. Glad to see you are still visiting us Cudz.
  4. If they win tonight...........Maybe a new streak is starting?
  5. Grabbed this off another board Shows one huge school of Cisco in Simcoe.
  6. I will most likly take my hut off on the 15th. 17th at the latest. Why leave it out where you can't fish? Pretty sure we will be able to pull them off with trucks then so don't want to wait for the melt.
  7. OP could contact Kevin from Lakair Lodge (West Arm) through a PM.
  8. March 15th at midnite. Huts off the lake by March 31st.
  9. Storm cancelled. I'm gonna fish from 2-4. Found a spot on my Navionics that looks like it drops from 16 - 36 fow in C. Bay. Gonna drive up and pop a few holes and check it out. maybe a good spoty for next year.
  10. Pfffft....hammer handles. ya I'm jealous. Done driving at 1:30 tomorrow and will head to the hut in the storm.
  11. That is a crazy tough question. My preference is Callander Bay but my best producing area is closed until June 1st. Your best bet would be to get a cottage around Sturgeon Falls and fish Iron Island area and mouth of Sturgeon river.
  12. Ooops fixed now. Spell check missed that one....lol...
  13. Here is the wikipedia info. Silver Lamprey
  14. Look alot like the 6-9" smelts I caught with Rod Caster and Joey "Tiger" last year.
  15. Sorry to hijack the post. I would say the Nipissing average is around 16 - 20". Lots of them too. Rarely hit a staionary bait but jig it and they come. Here is one from this winter. 16.5" A couple NAW caught last year at the Callander Bay GTG And finally, the magic of the pink gloves.
  16. :dunno: :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: Yup some people are that dumb. Back in high school I told a girl that the anser was common sense. She turned to the table of contents in her text book and tried to find "common sense". Now she teaches high school.
  17. Beauty laker Greg. Where is your picture Wayne? I didn't think there were any fish in Temagami?
  18. I plan on doing most of my musky fishing this summer with a musky guide. I will be in his boat with some of his gear, exploring new waters. I will be using some of my gear too. I will not be paying for his guiding as we will spend most time on new spots scouting for fish when he is not booked. Often this is during off times, inclement weather, etc. If I catch a 45" pike or musky then it will be my PB. The "guide" I will fish with is a good friend of mine and I help him from time to time trying out new techniques, exploring new areas, and filming for his web site and his sponsors. He is incredibly knowegable about Lake Nipissing and an awesome angler. I will catch a PB musky this sumer.
  19. Pink gloves working there magic. I still have mine in my hut, gonna wear them on my next outing.
  20. R.C., Lots of the smaller pike we catch in the summer have lamprey marks on them. Seen a pictures of a few big pike and musky with them too. Never heard / seen one on a ling. I don't think they kill the fish here. Just latch on and feed for a while. Still working that Wirek spoon? You better go buy a few more.
