The U.S. Coast Guard says a derelict Japanese ship off Alaska is on fire and listing to one side, but has not yet sunk. C'mon man. It is an old ship floating in the middle of the ocean and they can't sink it? What...are the trying to save bullets?

Here is the system I use. Holds 36 quite nicely. -
No problem. I used a 15' Fibreglass bowrider with a 40hp Mariner for 3 years on this lake. The some of the Natives that net run 14' - 16' aluminums with 15hp - 15hp and they cross the lake.

2 options I use. 1) store them in the plastic sleeves that they came in (or ones from snelled hooks, etc.) 2) Lindy sells a round foam rig holder that keeps them well organized. I bought a set of 3 of them that come in a box. Each one holds about 10-12 rigs. Here is the link to the Lindy Riggers. -
Lots of nice places on South Shore of Nipissing. West Arm too.Temagami?

Does that mean I have to remove my bumper sticker? It matches my truck perfectly.

Or as I said....you could use your voice to turn up the radio. Simple as "volume up". Here is the info from www.ford.ca "Feel distracted every time you try to find climate controls while driving? With MyFord Touch™, you no longer have to reach for knobs or dials to adjust the temperature. Using a simple voice command, you can set things exactly where you want them."
-
Looks like he caught the soft stuff in the middle? I agree with not being distracted but that may not have been the case here. Interesting fact I learned this weekend. My friend bought a 2012 Ford Edge Limited and it is all voice controlled (as they show in the comercials). What I didn't know is the vehicle will not allow you to manually change music, climate, or navigation while you are driving. Not even the passenger. From what I was told, the vehicle has an alert that says something like "vehicle in motion" and locks out the controls. You have to pull over and put it in park to manually adjust the settings or use voice control.

Simon, I have a Magellan Explorist 500c (colour unit) and it was pretty good when I bought it. BUT...Magellan has since pissed me off so much I would never reccomend them. After the Explorisrt series they launched the Triton series making my Explorist obsolete as there is little info and no updates on their web site for them. After the Triton Series they launched the Endura series which has made the Triton series obsolete? That was just launched 2-3 years ago? Prior to the Explorist they had a Meridian Series. Go with Garmin or maybe a Lowrance unit you can add the Blue Chip lakes series or Navionics to.

Another EPIC report Drew. Bite going soft for about 15 seconds I switched up to a Safety Pin with a piece of Brown Shoe Lace off my Salalamon Kicks, and the hits just kept coming... You kill me. That is the funniest part of your hilarious report.

Steve, Don't mind his shouting...lol. Welcome aboard. Great introduction.

Things you see, when you don't have a shotgun
Nipfisher replied to Whitespinnerbait's topic in Photography
You (and your wife) take beautiful pictures. I was expecting grouse or water fowl....why would anyone shoot them with a shotgun? -
Terrance, I'm driving that way in a couple hours. I will take that same picture if I can remember on my way home Sunday. Need a 1 in front of that price at least. Gasbuddy.com has New Liskeard at 142.9 so I am guessing Temagami may be close to 1.45.

Very cool. Another forum Lew????? How could you??? J.K. I am on a few.

Quantum Re-Ax combo on sale at Can. Tire
Nipfisher replied to Nipfisher's topic in General Discussion
I bought one Davey. If I consider all of my rods, (cheap and expensive) spinning and bait casters, trolling set-ups, musky set-ups, pike set-ups, break down rods, and fly rods I think I have close to 20. I really only use about 10 each season so I have began to sort through them. Our public library runs a fishing program in conjunction with Big Brothers where they will loan out rod / reel combos and tackle boxes to kids so they can go fishing. I have a package of 3 combos and 3 tackle boxes with tackle to donate to the program. I may also look into arranging a tackle swap and donate funds and tackle to that program and others. -
I bet you`re listening to the other stations right now. Aren`t those your 2 favourite bands / singers?
