And it's the comfort. You can catch a ship of fish in a 12ft with a 6hp but it's not comfortable. Most 21ft have 250hp these days and 50mph is like sit on your chesterfield. That you only weight 5 bass for a tournament really means nothing.

Cosco's ECO is less if you don't have battery's to return.
-
Seems you found problem. If they were previously working. Ground, Ground, GROUND is usually the answer.

Everyone of the piers Port Hope Coburg, Bowmanville rocks all have smallies around during the summer. When we were kids we walk the shore to Bonnie Bra shoal in Oshawa to catch smallies. Just takes some work.

You need a load tester. $49 from CTC. Start with your battery's discharged. Plug your charger in and immediately test both battery's. Your load tester should say 13.5 - 14-2 if it's lower than this your charger isn't working. Let your battery's charge to full, now load test them. Fully charged should be 13.2 flip the switch. Just read the meter self explains. The condition Lew describe happens frequently to lawn mower battery's. You can hook battery to a vehicle give them a blast. 7 years for any battery is a very long time. I would move on.

I took a split ring off a key chain to permanently attach my tether to my Auto inflate . I looked around to find a short curly tether so I could just walk to the front (Bassboat) and the cord wouldn't be hanging down to far. Waste of money the tether is no longer curly and drags the ground.

How do I change a spare on boat trailer?
Garnet replied to fishinggeek's topic in General Discussion
And do all this once in your driveway. -
The yellow wire is for your structure scan. Take your map chip out. I've had 2 that stopped my units from locking in.

One of the nice trailer parks I've seen is Spring Rock on Lower Buckhorn. All the trailers are separated by trees and little rock walls. Very private for trailer park.

Minnkota TM Universal Sonar Transducer Dead?

Cable pinch, cable swing back and forth. And they just quit. If you find a cable pinch sometimes you can cut and join. Doesn't work that great. -
Minnkota TM Universal Sonar Transducer Dead?

Did you put your hand on transducer. If you feel the ping it's working no ping not working. -
I like having seasons. As each approaches the excitement builds, I start getting bored with whacking the crap out of walleye, get the sticks ready and finally it's here. You can't legislate morality so I don't get upset seeing losers fishing bass or walleye or anything out of season. There are professionals to deal with these people and they do get more than you think. If the CO lays a charge and that person just pays the fine nobody hears about it. Down on Bowmanville creek last fall 20k in fines were handed out. Just a few that go to court will be heard about.

Bucktail get labeled as a ripping bait. What they are is the most versatile weed bait for fishing. They can be slowly pop, very good swimming bait, and about 20 % of my bites the bait is just sitting on the bottom. When a buddy says they would hit bucktails I had to switch to plastic I know they can't slow down, they read the article heard the storys.

They have been on Rice for the last couple weeks. The green marker buoy on the center channel tracks was missing and later that day I seen them heading that way. Also the marker buoys just passed puadash and the next one east have been changed too White. Going to be hard to see on foggy days.

And this author twist the story to 100% mortality. Any alarm bells.
-
Yes this study definitely doesn't transfer to real live release trout fishing. Delayed mortality fish would not be hanging in trees they would not have there belly slit open. They would be other wise healthy looking fish "DEAD" in every hole on every creek. They would be in every slack water area, every deep slow pool, the harbor areas would be litter with these fish. Name call if like superstar I don't see this. Some crafty writes (most likely closet P E T A writers) spin a tale and you fall all over yourself.
-
And those dead fish were up stream and I don't see them. And I don't believe in magical disappearing dead fish. Ever river we go to should be littered with dead fish. I don't see this.
-
I've never seen mortality rates like Dr Tufts study. I've fished the same river day after day after day never seen mortality rates like this. If this type of mortality was true we would run out of fish in 5 years.

That wooden clock is a benz. I had the same one. Homing pigeons were used for communication in the WW2 many decorated for bravery. Belgium had the big doping scandal 10-15 years ago.
-
Fished a clubie tourney Sunday lot's of fish caught. Think all 14 boats caught wallys. Back out tomorrow.
-
I raced pigeons in my teen years. Lots of fun. They due a calculation from a known spot. So fred loft is 3 miles further than Joes and so on. In my fishing tournament career I trained birds for guys when I'm going the right direction. The big controversy is electronic scoring when the birds go into your loft or old style were you need to be their to remove a rubber band put in a little brass box drop in clock and crank. To get started today after building 2 lofts 20k you would need 20k in birds and years to get competitive.

Stepping up on my soapbox for a second
Garnet replied to Acountdeleted's topic in General Discussion
O Sinker you just need to learn to relax. So I'm heading thru the back channel and here is a Blue/White Skeeter flipping under cuts. My normal is to slow and idle by. Not this time my 20ft bassboat will sit in the water about 15mph and throw a huge wave. I mentioned something about OSB and took off. Most of my fishing lately has been between 8-18 ft and yes I've caught some bass. If you go to the cottage or fishing and spend all your time mad, disappointed, frustrated you a missed the point. Phone the hotline and get back to smiling. -

Dock fishing for pike standard stuff on Muskoka. You can't legislate morals. If you come home mad, upset you have missed the point. -
There was a program on Rice Lake set up to take Special needs people fishing. Maybe call BJ Tackle in Bewdley. I ask a couple people.
