Glad to hear everything turned out so well in the end. Given that I know the new Manager where you dealt and the fact that I used to work for him in another capacity, I'm not surprised at the excellent service you received. As I always say, "Everybody has issues, its how you handle those issues that differentiates good service from bad". Now get out there and get that baby wet (on the outside only this time)

The only problem I've heard of is a guy that was using it at the bow and when he tilted it forward he couldn't pick up the satellites with the internal antenna.

SS Own 5 weeks that I paid significantly less for than one week from a Developer. Best thing I ever did! Staying at a 3 bedroom (sleeps 12) at Orange Lake (right beside Disney) for a month this coming January. Typical of the resorts I stay at! You need to know how to work the system. I am sitting here crushed Lew. I have no idea what to say. I am so sorry I never got to meet Eddie personally, but it seems like I knew him first hand from his posts on the board. You guys had a very special relationship that I can relate to because of the one I share with my brother. I can't imagine the loss and pain you must be feeling at this time. While it is so hard to lose someone of such great stature, hopefully, you will also realize what a priviledge it has been to have him in your life. He continues to be there with you. I am still in shock. If there is anything that we can do, please don't hesitate to ask. Take care Lew and Sheri, your whole family is in my thoughts and prayers.
