  1. She has a tear in the Meniscus (sp) cartiliage .resulting in her knee being in a locked position. Good news is there appears to be no Ligiment damage and the cartilage was not folded over into the joint . TB

  3. My wife injured her knee late this winter and is scheduled for a scoping tomorrow. Any idea of what she can expect post surgury and tips to help speed her recovery ? keeping her off it will be the key ...and difficult On a side note , a thumbs up for the Medical system. Saw the Specialist on Monday , MRI tuesday night , surgury Thursday ..... TB

  5. as per Waynes post .get your hands on the bylaw , compare it with your application and go from there. As far as the chip truck , may not help you with your case . rules can differ from block to block.They may have a variance. The city can still flex thier muscle even if they 'approved' you application. You may have to go in for a variance .That may include a 'neighbourhood poll' .Basicly asking property owners with a set radius if they have any issues with your application . Make sure you know who gets these letters and that as many as possible are on your side and send back postive comments .Otherwise only the naysayers will be heard. good luck. TB

  8. you can buy foam 'squares' for the floor.Look like big jig saw pieces (2'x2')They are apx 1/2" thick found at Rona ,Home depot etc . TB

  17. News this morning had the air search cancelled. OPP bringing in side imaging sonar for searching the bay. TB
  18. not sure when you are going and what you are targetting ? Pike , I ususally have most luck in the central and east portions ( water 4-10 feet) lots of small fish with the 24 " and up Bass later in the year , do well along the far shore . good luck TB
