  1. Yup, don't even bother replying.
  2. It's not pigeon, but if you find those weed edges I'm willing to bet you'll find the crappies. Lunker City fin-S minnows are my fav on a 1/8oz head.
  3. Dr spoons, anything with orange for pike and big Williams whitefish as well (Yes you can cast these) As for the walleye, don't over pack for those things, lol. I use nothing but ice fishing spoons for them
  4. I've been laying the smack down on big slabs since the start of July. I can't catch them in the spring for ****! Weed edges in the 8-15ft range morning and early evening. It's a gongshow one minute and the next it's over. I've catch them in the exact same spots year after year. Also bonus walleyes as well. I find they much prefer edges compared to being deep in the thick stuff. And they'll definitely suspend over open water as well.
  5. I can't believe he's still the GM in Montreal, lol
  6. I remember hunting leopard frogs at night for the old man to use the next day. I never could, I'd usually just release them
  7. Bass always miss the frog, it's apart of the game.
  8. Not surprised, the garbage people left there was ridiculous.
  9. Saw almost 80 yesterday evening on the upper Severn. Crappies were already in the spots I was hoping they were, lol!
  10. Picking which remote I use really depends on what I'm fishing for. I've got the first gen I-Pilot Link remote (big LCD screen), the micro remote (small pocket sized remote) and the foot pedal for the Terrova. If I'm fishing fast, casting the shore line or weed edges, it's the foot pedal. If I'm moving from spot to spot vertical jigging or casting to specific stuff it's the micro remote. If I'm veritcal fishing lakers or bass in the fall and moving in between way points, it's the full size Link remote. I've got a use for each of them.
  11. Gf tried one the other day, she felt like garbage, went home and threw it up , lol!! Gimme some venison that's only seen corn, clover and a handful of other things..
  12. Ah man this sucks, I've flown out of there a few times.
  13. I'd love a Ranger 621S. Drooooooooool
  14. Saw 71-72 out on Gbay yesterday. Spybaits were lighting up the smallies!
  15. Saw them out of Honey Harbour the other day, didn't pull me over they were definitely looking for something out there though.
  16. Walleyes this year on Erie have apparently been off the hook! Kinda wished I live in St.Catharines for a few months each year
  17. Man, I remember when the winning fish was a few lbs over 40 as a kid. Let's hope he can get some $$$ out of that thing!
  18. Dan, those mooching reels are a riot to fish! Glad you had a good time!
  19. I can't remember the last time I ever weighed a fish. Measurements only for big ones.
  20. Saw 77.9 today. All this heat this fast definitely has put the fish down a bit. Although I did get a couple of really nice smallies off edges with spybaits this morning. Fun technique.
