  1. Appreciate it man hopefully you won't hear from me for a few years, lol!
  2. Most likely the dam that raised the lake 9ft has something to do with it. Everything else around there is pretty clear.
  3. Gotta love customer service like that. I'd love me a 621S
  4. Did you document this with pics? I'm sure I'll be doing the transom in my '03 Pro Sport in the next few years.
  5. Use the Muskoka water web, look up the Lake fact data sheets. Hopefully it's listed.
  6. Did you use epoxied marine plywood Dave? Probably the cheapest way to do it.
  7. Why does Wilson always hang that leg out when he hits? Hit on Muzzin and Barrie were almost identical. Anyhow, bad break with the penalty on Marner, PK guys played awesome. Can't let Ovi T it up from the top of the circle that many times without getting burned.
  8. Really no need to fog a 4 stroke. Change the oil, bottom end oil and you're basically done till the spring. Pulling the plugs and spraying some fogging fluid in there won't hurt anything however, whatever you're comfortable with.
  9. You can get a transom from Lund for about $1000 or make a template yourself out of Coosa or marine plywood. Really depends on what shape your current transom is in. Lots and lots of guys have used Coosa with zero issues. Some guys also use Seacast, which is kinda like expanding foam. Or you can pay a shop to do it for 3-5k, lol. If I ever have to do the transom in my Pro Sport I'll definitely be DIY'ing it.
  10. No problem! I'm sure someone will have an answer for ya.
  11. What are you going to use as a replacement? Marine plywood? Coosa board? Your best bet will be to join the Lund Boat owners group on Facebook and ask there. More then a few guys have replaced rotten transoms.
  12. Absolutely, for 20k that Starcraft isn't going to last long.
  13. I've had a Loop wading jacket for years. Treated every year with Nixwax and it keeps going and going. No complaints.
  14. It's not even November yet, people really need to slow down and relax. You wanna know where the Bruins or the Blues were this time last year in the standings? A few key guys are on their way back, let's slow down on the fire sale for a bit.
  15. I dunno if there is anything I like more then big greasers. The fact that this is self guided as well really sets it apart from being in a boat with a guide all day, lol. Awesome man, one day I'll be joining you on one of these adventures
  16. Spend your money in the used market, it will go a lot further.
  17. He needs a little bit of Cam Neely in him. Hell I'd settle for 50%.
  18. Everytime the Goat is on the ice I'm praying he uses that 6'5 frame and obliterates a D man into the boards while in the offensive zone.
  19. You'll need something a lot lighter for the stream compared to a lake (You're not fishing from the pontoon while stream fishing).. 99% of the time you're tossing the anchor on shore anyhow. I used an old receiver+ball. Worked great, didn't weigh a tonne and kept it secure.
  20. Now that's a day of muskie fishing! Great job! I really need to get down to St.Clair
  21. JP would be my vote for anything Parry Sound.
  22. What was the call on Marner? A slash? in OT? That ref should be sent down to ref minor hockey.
  23. Probably not a reputable news source lol!
  24. The lower French is a hard nut to crack for muskie, you really gotta fish it like a river opposed to a lake. I had one nice blow up after a week of fishing for them (Early morning and evenings only) other guys at camp boated 4, including a 54in giant. We'd have completely different stories for that week, although for me the scenery is enough to keep me coming back. I'm definitely not a hardcore muskie guy but I thought I put a decent effort in over 7 days. We did destroy the walleyes though, haven't had walleye fishing like that in a long time. We stayed at Bears Den, I'm sure you drove right past it on your way from Hartley Bay Marine.
