Here is a link that will answer your question: Fish Hawk

I too remember when Lew and Gerritt both lost their son's. Although the anniversary of what happened brings sad memories, I am sure the happiness of remembering the good times with them gives you great joy. Tom AKA: Spider2blue.

Sorry I had the wrong spelling for the app, it is called Overdrive. Here is a link to the FAQ's of Overdrive. Overdrive FAQ Here is a link to a question being asked if Overdrive will work with Kobo Vox. Read the first answer. It tells you how to install. Overdrive Install Here is link to the download of Overdrive. Download on right side of page and I believe Kobo uses the mobile Android version of Overdrive: Overdrive Download Tom. Edit: One of the links didn't work and I corrected it.

Hi Big Cliff, I don't own an e reader or claim to be a tech savy person. I did some research and found that a lot of owners with Kobo Vox readers have downloaded an app called Overtime to your e reader. It will help you download books from the library. I will post some links soon. I just have to refined them again. Tom

Do you have a Kobo Ereader or do you work for Kobo

Pikeslayeer8, the above info is taken from an email that is considered a hoax and not true by Snopes. Here is a link to the Snopes website. http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/servicerep.asp Tom -
I do the same thing Lew. I pick threads that might be interesting to me whether fishing or non fishing. I skip threads that I don't find interesting. I even go one step further .... I also sort out some threads, by who posts them.

I look at a lot of candy there too Brian but it is usually more than what I want to pay. Last spring I saw some Lindy Darters and Berkley Alive (jars) on sale in the Bargain Cave. It was almost 50% less than what I could get it for here and that was including the shipping cost. The shipping took about 3.5 days which I thought wasn't bad considering they said it would take anywhere from 3 to 7 days. If I found similar deals I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Tom

Good morning and welcome. Tom.

I also have been through this with my mom. Our prayers are with you, Gary, and family. Tom.

If you aren't on the net and you don't know the website is going to change to a different address, then how can you read the about the domain change. Even a mass email would have helped. Tom.

I didn't know the web address for OFC was going to change. I had to do a little searching to find the new address. Maybe some people are wondering why they can't connect to OFC like I was or maybe I am the only one. Tom.

Our prayers are with Jenn, you and your family Wayne. Tom.

Overcast for two reasons: 1. I have had a dark cloud hanging over my head for most of my life. 2. I use to go up the Pickerel River to fish near the French a while back. My brother in law belonged to a fish club up there and we would go there to fish walleye and pike for the long weekend in May. There was one spot where the trees overhung the bank and I would try to put my lure under the branches. What usually happened was me throwing my lure up into the trees. I also did that on the Coldwater river, Sturgeon River, etc etc etc. Thus I chose "Overcast" Tom.

Storm came through Penetanguishene and Midland this evening. The wind and rain was incredible, with lots of lightning and thunder. Lots of trees down in Midland and Penetanguishene area. Power out from approx 5:50pm to 10:45pm. Thought for sure there would have been a tornado in the area because the wind and rain here was worse than the wind we had when the tornado went through Midland last year. The roads were covered with small branches and leaves. All I can say is "Wow" and it is probably the closest I will come to feeling the effects of a tornado until the real thing happens, God forbid. (not the destruction but the wind and rain) Tom

If running a boat just north of the Penetanguishene town dock, one of the green channel markers is broken off near the water line. It is hard to see in the day time so I can only imagine how hard it is to see at night. Tom

I love these rants that try to show the actual comparison of gas to water or coffee by talking about saving $5.00 and spending a couple of bucks on coffee or water. Not everyone buys their bottle water by the single bottle. Most people buy it by the case and the bottles do not cost $1.50 a bottle. We have a choice how much we want to pay for water or coffee. We have a choice whether we want to pay for one bottle of water or the case. We can use tap water and filters etc. We have a choice whether we want a small, medium, large, or extra large coffee. We have no choice with gas. Fuel is a necessity with no choice available. You are comparing apples and oranges, plain and simple.

Mercman, I am just wondering if all the "Supervisor validation questions" were like the one mentioned (the one he failed) or did they actually ask questions that were given on the Boater's card exam. We are missing some info here. Tree30eight, I am wondering why you didn't know where the test took place? If you were there, wouldn't you know that answer easily or am I missing something? Tom Edit: Looks like you were too fast for me Woodsman

I hate to say this blarq but your wasting your time. Last year we went through this same discussion. The complaints on this board then, were that no links were being provided to prove that the registry was useless and that we were blowing smoke out our . Links were provided and ignored by some of the same people who are now posting on this thread. The thread was locked down then and if giving enough time it will be locked down again. Truly a waste of time discussing it here. Voice your opinion where it counts .... at the advanced polls or on May 2nd 2011
