  1. Ah you pulled that tubing over the Simcoe bugs? That would really negate having to dip them in nail polish or similar, great idea.
  2. Ditto, 32 days between fill ups on the truck, beginning to think the gas gauge on the car quit working.
  3. you're just saving up for when this is over and then...look out.🤣
  4. Have to check that out, thx. Also checked a few others on Rogers free previews.
  5. Not much of a movie buff, but the Smithsonian on 233 Rogers is on for free for a while, lot of stuff I find interesting.
  6. I tried to start my lawnmower with that miserable foul tasting &*$@#. Not fit for human consumption.
  7. That things got more buttons to push than back to the future car, lol
  8. Tore the front thigh muscle did you, I did that 3 years ago, both legs, no fun for about 2 months. Doc said it was lucky it happened 1/2 way down the thigh, no operation required. Probably got about 99% use back so all is good.
  9. Well I could see that coming, McD and the rest will probably follow. Still to much person to person interaction in those places. Some are going to loose their noodles over that, the army will shut down, lol. Break out the perk and thermos.
  10. You weren't the only one, Lew is getting a bit raunchy, lol.
  11. Jeez, what are you using, tin cans and string, lol. My ping was 6, download 260 and upload 32
  12. Two of them are fractions and one is a whole number and a prime number at that.
  13. Have you made the effort to google "kawartha boat slips with hydro showers"
  14. Most have a spring loaded ball seal that connects to the motor, won't work unless you push the ball back with a small finishing nail.
  15. Ditto, found that out yesterday too, they normally deliver to the door, but now they leave a notice in the mailbox, nuts.
  16. Maybe I'm not looking at it in the same perspective, but what is the big hang up with holeshot? Is it the look at me I can launch this tub out of the water or almost like "rolling coal". Pushing the boat out of the water to launch to planning speed must put some extra stress on the transom for sure.
  17. Next time leave the genny empty and keep the gas in the gas can without the stabilizer. Then you can dump it in your truck and put fresh gas in the standby gas can.
  18. Brainflash, how far apart are the holes and what is the diameter of the holes? My spanner that tightens up the big nut on my 4 1/2 inch CTC grinder has 4.5mm pins and they are 30mm apart. You could probably make one from 3/16 plate and use hardened allen screws.
  19. Occasions like that only happen once, I would look at the good and the bad side of things and weigh the pro's and con's. Maybe the bug will minimize by then, who knows. Personally I would opt out and hope they understand that the elder population is much more vulnerable than the young ones.
  20. Apparently a few have gotten ill a second time. If you can make it past the land mines, gun emplacements and auto phazers you have a chance to visit me, lol. Stay away from crowds of more than 1. Did a quick run of staple groceries, holy cow, shelves are emptying fast, oatmeal, flour, sugar, canned milk hard to find.
  21. It might be a bummer, but do you really want to take a chance.
  22. After schools being closed and sports events canceled or postponed, I'm wondering why anyone would want to take a chance.
  23. From reading on other sites, a lot of satisfied people.
  24. That is certainly a viable option and cheaper. Once the track kit is installed going back and forth between tires and tracks and pretty easy, just don't try swimming.
