Good job getting the young'ns out.
I wouldn't be concerned about the kid not wanting to touch the fish. For all of his life, all he's ever seen on the tube is fishing pros and weathered veterans using boga grips and welders mitts to handle fish.
This song is dedicated to my ol' bud, Joey. Love ya Buddy.

Nice indeed but you would however think that having Rapala as a sponsor, Bernie Schultz and Larry Nixon would at least be able to catch their own fish. Perhaps that same fish travels from lake to lake.
That is beautiful!! A real piece of art, Bernie. I remember my jaw hitting the desk when I saw the one you did that's now on display. You can't even put a price on those things. Congrats to you!
Great collection of pictures, Simon. Glad you got your camera back. I don't suppose I need to remind you about data backup?
Looking forward to more in the series of "Little Jack of the North"
Have a great day!
The ad is good. People with short sleeves, skirts, no socks, nothing on their necks or faces.....BUT they have bug repellent T-shirts and shorts. I'm sure someone won't notice that though and load up on the schmata....unbelievable.
Sail merchandise is overpriced here. Sail was that way when it was standalone and it hasn't changed since the merge with Baron Sports five or so years ago. I hope BPS isn't losing sleep over the arrival of Sail. BPS has nothing to worry about.
I don't have a problem with those. I don't keep that many fish but when I do run into a tapeworm, I'll fillet the fish and put it in a separate bag marked "TW" and take it to the fourth neighbour down. It works out well...his name is Tom Wessier and he thinks I'm a good neighbour for bringing him a fish from time to time. Ignorance is bliss.
