  1. It should be Red = +12 volts. Orange = +24 volts. Black = Ground. If you want to make sure it's correct, set the motor to 24volt using the switch. Connect the black wire to battery negative post then touch the positive battery post with the red wire.. then touch the positive post with the orange wire. Whichever runs fastest is the 24v wire.
  2. That's all it is. The story has been around for years...it's seen several people as the interviewee.....all fictitious names. This latest version (2007) uses the name of the very real General Cosgrove.
  3. Not good news at all. Lots of folks pulling for you, Don. Get yourself well soon. Thanks for letting us know, Dann.

    Ahh...Jig

I can give you the first 2 numbers, Spiel has the next two, Joey has the two after that and for the other two, you'll have to get in touch with the manager of the North Bay CTC. Calling TJ is akin to firing a nuclear missile.
  5. Beauty fish Randy, congrats!
  6. Yes, the diagram on the right....series, 24v. is correct.
  7. You'll be fine then, Dave. You have a bird and nothing matches that either.
  8. I'm getting mixed signals here. Is it a 36 or a 56lb? If it's a 56lb, run it on 24volt, two 12v batteries in series, one breaker on the red to the motor and 40 or 50 amp is good. With an 80 amp, your TM will go up in smoke before the breaker trips.
  9. Methinks that BBQ of yours will be working overtime very soon. It appears as though the water just has a slight chop but the sonar image is really choppy on bottom. Using a small tinny? Congrats on the catch, sounds like a fun time.
  10. Ahhh heck, I knew you'd be a shoo-in, Pete. If you need any more guidance, you have my number.
  11. Hey, let's not be harsh here. I happen to know that you can become a fishing Ambassador with as little as NO fishing experience, PLUS, you have the chance at a free hat! It's kind of like being dubbed pro staff while being bestowed a 5% discount on ALL of a company's products! It's a goldmine I tell ya!
  12. Probably no science to it but to me, a discoloured fish is the sign of unhealthy water and a less than healthy fish.
  13. I haven't tried them yet but I will. I know Pete Maina uses them and he's no slouch when it comes to muskies.
  14. Congrats to you. Sounds like a feast about to happen.
  15. Jeez that opens up a whole other list of possibilities, Chris. What colour is that Harbercraft of yours Dave? I don't remember. Seems to me it was white and blue in which case you might be better off with the grey sonar.
  16. I have a 2005 GMC Jimmy. Never any issues with it. It's perfect for towing the boat.
  17. Did you get the grey one or the black one, Dave? I think black would go better with your brown fishing rod.
  18. I'd say you can fish pretty well anywhere. Don't go too far east though....Cobourg is not good at the present time.
  19. Anyone even entertaining that thought should seek professional help. Either that or run for office.

    Korkers

If it were me, I'd probably bite the bullet and learn how to tie shoe laces. I'm only kidding, Blaque....I learned that a couple of years ago.
  21. Well if he was doing Swan Lake in a plaid shirt it would look silly also.

    Korkers

Pretty slick indeed. I don't know how much trouble they'd be if you broke a lace though. Keep us posted, thanks.
  23. Yes Lew, you've already paid the tax on your current trailer. You will pay tax on the invoice for the custom tandem. Sounds like a beauty...we want pics!
  24. A wonderful tribute and further evidence that the apple never falls far from the tree. Certainly a positive morning read. Thank you.
  25. Those are mine exactly. I will from time to time go to the perfection loop for big baits that need freedom of movement and for heavy duty leaders.
