I just replaced a pair of croc flip flops I had for around 15yrs. I 've had regular crocs too. Good for hard work and camp shoes on canoe trips.

Try the Fish Online- Ontario website it will show you what species are in lakes near you.

My son and I have been invited up to Drag Lake in Haliburton this weekend. I understand the lake has Lake Trout and Brown Trout. We were thinking of trolling some streamers/leeches and spoons/crankbaits from a canoe. We won't have any electronics. Does anyone have any advice as to what depth the Trout might be at this time of year? Can we get away with flatlining or should we be using 3 way rigs at a certain depth? Thx for any advice.

I paddle the river all year long and was a little surprised as this outcome. Maybe I shouldn't be. Did anyone else see the picture of the 2 kayaks? The first kayak flat on top of the ice and the second one was right beside it. It had broken through the ice and was half in and half out on a 45 degree angle I think. It made me think one of them went through, got into trouble the other went in to help and they both drowned. Social media, youtube, go pro etc. Have these platforms/ technologies increased thrill seeking by inexperienced outdoor's people?

It was Beamerball I think Taylor could have been more nfl ready in a different system. Beamer had some great atheletes that have made it to the nfl but they didn't make it because of his qb coaching. Hopefully Taylor can be a good game manager and the bills can run the ball and play good d.
