We got to get out together. every time I go out musky fishing I'm catching those dang pesky 'eyes! i've landed more walleye than musky so far this year. Smallest lure i've caught them on is super shadrap
thats a neat video. The number of those carp flying through the air in some scenes is pretty scary. I'd say shotgun would do a better job, although the whole bow and arrow thing is a better challenge
I used to fish Jordan Harbour, which is pretty good for largemouth. There used to be a marina there but now its gone. i guess you could launch at that marina on L Ontario and then boat under the bridge. Also, I fish the upper niagara in my own 14 footer and on most days thats enough boat. there are several launches along the niagara parkway
teenage head, no means no, spirit of the west had that timeless drinking song (Home for a rest)so have to give them some credit, in my opinion, maybe the best song ever by a canadian artist
what a great thing to be able to do that with your son. Best of luck to you both. My sons aren't old enough to dingle worms off the dock yet, but as soon as they are...
Geez I wish I could help you but its been nearly 20 years since the one and only time I fished there. From what I recall there was all kinds of structure - weeds, rocks, and best of all...weeds with rocks. Let us know how you do.
I'm with hookset...we're on a secluded lake near Parry Sound, but I'm always looking for other spots. If only I could find a secluded musky lake up there (and the time to fish it) I'd be all set.
Looks like you got some nice fish for the newbies, and a real nice boat too! What I can't figure out is some of those fish look REALLY dead, but they are still on the line. You weren't catching dead fish were you?
