Ya sounds pretty cruel to me too !!! It's been all over the news and the paper too !!!! Also heard the MNR did a blitz on the ganaraska river and charged 21 people with various offences including snagging salmon over limit netting fish and fishing without licences and all kinds of charges conservation officers dressed as plain clothes fishermen and went right to town on the gong show !!!! Good for them ......

Yes it is !! I wish the wait times for specialists were shorter tho !!!!!! As I'm in the middle of a process that was started almost 2 yrs ago for a major surgery and should know more at the end of October !!!! But the one neurosurgeon has between 18months and 2 years wait time to see him at st.mikes downtown Toronto !!!! And that's blamed on Ohip so I was told bty by several doctors and people involved that its all about how many surgeries and time availiable for the operating rooms !!!! Kinda like a salary cap !!! It's weird ..... But yes in glad we have out healthcare system as well and people like Wayne (irishfeild) and what they are going through as well as other members here who have had cancer and bad stuff !!!! The cost for things like that is enormous for sure !!!!! But like it was stated above in other posts I have had MRI several times and lots of tests and procedures even a bone biopsy all in a timely manor and have been looked after well and and really glad we have these professionals with us !!!! But everytime I get referred to another specialist is sometimes 6months to a year to see them !!!!! That part sucks !!!!!

Well over the years I have had 2 BB and 2 iPhones with this one being an iphone5 and for the bang for the buck my BB's were awesome but for speed and apps and surfing the web the iPhone is better IMO !!!! But if you are just going to be texting and don't want games and all the fancy stuff go BB for sure !!! And you can save money

Well it wasn't a year apart but was almost 5 months apart the first pic of my largie was opening day of bass 2012 and the next pic was September 2012 in the exact same spot !!!! Notice his deformed anal fin !!!! Proof C&R really works !!!!

Yup calomine lotion !!!! Takes the itch away and dries it Up !!!! I get poison ivy every summer had it already this year !!!! And I take Benedryl for a few days and it' helps a lot !!!! And for a home remedy I heard rub cold vinegar over it ?? It soothes the burning and helps dry it up I guess ? Heard that from military at CFB petawawa !!!

NPS showing background shots of east tribs ?? You make it sound like there's secret spots or something !!!! Lol... Like misfish says it was no different 35yrs ago !!!!! Trust me they are by far not the first to find steelhead in the secret spots !!!! .... Lots of us 30yrs ago walked every inch of every trib creek ditch river and stream from Toronto to Kingston !!!!!! Long before the Internet or google !!!!! And with a population of 2 million people living 30mins away you should be lucky there isn't more !!!!! There is no secrets there

Have not fished it for about a dozen years but it did have lots of bass and did even have walleyes in it !!!! Pike as well !! And yes you can have a boat on it no problems !!!! We fished it out of a 14ft tinnie with a 15hp !!! I remember the launch being off county rd 1 ?? Near the west end of the lake by the dam I believe !! And there is awesome fishin only a few clocks away as there is west lake and Lake Ontario and the bay of quinte. All right there !!!!!! It was a nice spot as I remember it !! Hope this helps !!! Been a while since I was there

Really eh bill !!! We were trying topwater too even after it warmed right up and could not even raise a fish !!!! My bud got a nice 3.5 on a spinnerbait but none on topwater !!!! My fish came in 18ft of water on wacky rigs and got one small bass on a tube program !!! We have been on the deep water program for weeks now and it's been working good as well !!! Even for buckets ...
