yes for sure gannons narrows is bad now and will only get worse.....it will be the next spot to be banned as well as the buckhorn dam too lots of garbage everywhere and disgusting .....im surprised the causeway has not been closed to fishing before this as its been bad for years...

ethanol gas is just plain friggin garbage period..................at least let us have premium that's corn gas free......grrrrrr

I was in haliburton last week and actually seen trout spawning in 5-10 feet of water was kinda cool to see....they will cruise the lake in shallow looking for suitable sites and group up for sure even the stockers will do that weather or not there is suitable spawn sites or not....caught many lakers while droppshotting for smallies so many that I have had to leave an area as the trout just keep hitting ..... cool either way man and some nice trout you guys got......cheers

you got the lakers in shallow as they are in full spawn right now......

-25 pulling a double enclosed snowmobile trailer several hundred km's ya right....it would be pretty much useless....especially in hilly terrain.....oh ya and if you need 4x4 for long periods of time.....electric crap works in the fairy tale life in the heart of the city and no practical use in the real world outside of the center of the universe known as big cities

I use various scents and use them all them time for bass and walleye and all the years I charter fished on klake Ontario....I believe they will at least hold on that second longer or sometimes follow the scent trail......I know it doesn't hurt as my fishing has never been affected by the use of scent......like I said in another thread I will sometimes throw some baits in a container or package a few hours before im going to use them and give them a soak.........

cold front go with finnese presentation like verticle like a dropshot or a small swimbait or tube,and fish it slow and tight to structure they don't like to chase in a cold front but want to check it for a longer period of time,they can be coaxed into hitting .....

watch what formula you use to marinate your senkos some will swell up or turn to mush.....I will use left over scent from Berkley gulp and put a bit in the senko bag or container a few hours before im going to use them and that works well,some of the other scents over time will ruin your senkos...... been there done that just sayin

there is many many lakes and rivers that are not on navionics and some that are are totally inaccurate anyways in fact over 3/4 of the lakes I fish are not on navionics you get used to it after a while.....

senkos are just awesome and I rig them many different ways and use lots of colors depending on water clarity and time of year,but ya they always work and sure catch multi species I even get lake trout on them everyear late in the fall fishing for smallies........love them

I learned to waterski behind 12hp Gale .....lol....from about age 10 till age 14 I could do it no problem ....on 2 skis of course.... ahhh the memories

smallies have been on fire the last few days.....in lakes where I fish 4-15ft is the majic number ...senkos on the sand/wood combos,as well as the small soft jerk shads and swimbaits because they are kind of shallow in my clear water lakes long casts and smaller baits have been the key........and they have been puking out small minnows and crayfish as well....the feed bag is on just gotta find them

don't put the bass gear away yet the season is just getting heated up as the big ones are starting to put the feedbag on.......

some gas stations are already $1.35 a liter.......damn
