This will never stop. People who have never seen fish that big before just cant resist the urge totry and catch one. Its human nature. I was down by the dam today, and the amout of people there that had no idea about the fish was mind blowing. They just dont know any better, and no enforcement doesnt help. The chances of seeing a CO down there is so slim that these guys can get away with anything. Closing the season from sept 1st to Nov 1 st is a great solution, and makes the most sense. Like Steve says, why is it even allowed....it makes no sense. Just imagine the carnage if the walleye season was open during the spawn!! Its rediculous to even have an open season while these fish ate trying to spawn. And the guys who are saying there are no wild fish......right. More ignorance. The ganny is damb close to 100% wild fish. All species. When the fins were clipped, you would be hard pressed to get one out of the ganny. They are wild. Leave them alone!! Dont get me started on atlantics. Ive caught one in ontario, and it came in like a bag of water. S.

I used the Rona house brand called "expressions" on mine. Just an exterior latex for metal. Its held up real well in my boat for the last 6 years, but proper prep is the key to it lasting. They can colour match any colour you want as well. S.

Yep, you there is a specific speed limit when within a certain distance from shore. I can't remember the exact numbers, but it is there, and people do get charged with it. Seen it happen myself. If you think its wreckless, they could also maybe be charged with wreckless operation. They're probably all drinking too. Call the cops. I hate these kinds of idiots too. A couple of my buddies were up there today goose hunting and said ths guy had no respect for them at all. He ran his boat 40 yds from their set up. They had to yell at the guy to back off. Speaks volumes to me! S.

A radio left in under the deck will sometimes make them move on too. Live trap and barrel of water works real good. Skunks cant spray in the trap. Cant lift its tail. S.

No, it does not, as long as it is within legal hunting hours. 30 mins after sunset until 30 mins before sunrise everything has to be cased. S.

You can have as many firearms as you want with you, but NONE can be loaded while on your ATV. With an archery moose tag, and a rifle bear tag, you can decide which one you want to have loaded, but only one or the other......and only once your off the atv. S.
