Pretty sure that if it's not opened you are fine. That's why in my young and crazy years the case of brew was on the back seat. We just opened it from the bottom. So it looked like an unopened case!! -
Send an e-mail to the company and chances are they'll replace it.

Not sure if you have a company like this " http://granitetransforma1.rtrk.ca/?scid=80821&kw=229738:7&pub_cr_id=15453314949 " in you area. But I upgraded my counters 2 years ago and they did an amazing job. It is real granite, just not 2" thick. They come and measure and they build at the factory. Then they just install it right on top of your existing counter.

Quick me, I brought back some of that branch and root mixture a few years back and I now make my own mamajuana. I always have 2 x 1 liters on the go. I make one with white wine in the recipe and the other one with red wine. Just make sure that if you bring some back that it is not in it's dry form or it could be confiscated at the airport, I didn't know that when I brought mine back but they never checked my luggage and I had declared it. If you need the recipe of ingredients to add to the roots and spice concoction.

Hey I've seen that guy before!!!!!

Actually I gave them to my buddy that said it was good. Maybe it was all planned!!! I brought a lot of Dominican rum back 3 weeks ago, declared everything and it cost me $108.00 of duty fees. But I am not going to run out of Brugal Anejo.
-
Not for everybody!!!! One of my buddies said the same thing and I brought back 2 bottles in January. And i can't stand the stuff. I guess it's an aquired taste just like mamajuana from the Dominican.(that's stuff I like)

The 2 best dark rums in my opinion are. 1) Brugal Anejo 2) Havana Club 7

That crepe stove sure brings back some good memories. I remember him towing a trailer behind a tractor to get one to our hunting camp that he built 47 years ago. He had spent a good week and a half getting it all cleaned up, it had been stored in a barn for over 50 years. As we were crossing a small bridge that was over a creek full of black muck (typical of Northern Ontario bush) and one wheel of the trailer broke a plank and in the black muck goes the nice white stove. Took us like 4 hours to get it out of there. Then another day or so to clean it up again. But it was so worth it. One of my best memories of that stove was to use an old fashion iron to make flat toasts right on the burner aftre cleaning them with newspaper along with slices of Kolbassa. YUMMMY!!! I still remember coming in from a full day of icefishing, taking my boots off and sitting in front of that stove with my feet resting on the opened oven door. Oh what I wouldn't do to get in a Time Travel Machine and fly back to 1966!!

If the septic system is iffy!!! be careful cause a new septic system with all the required permits is propably close to $30,000.00. I used to be on a well and I was sure glad that they brought in city water. I never trusted the well water. unless I got teh water analyze every 2nd week. So for human consumption I always used bottled water. Most wells you will need some kind of water treatment system. As for heat I love my woodstove but it is a lot of work. -
I love using circle hooks on my tipdowns that I set for pike. I never run to my tipups and 95% of the time they are hooked by the lips!!

Run a bit of Seafoam thru it and it'll take care of any residue left by the old gas.
