A bit of fun close to home

Winds were ripping yesterday, so muskie fishing was a definite no.   Decided to see what all the fuss was about on Simcoe.   Winds weren't bad until later in the day, got into a few footballs.

Nice bass. I lived in Barrie for 8 years and never fished Simcoe other than through the ice a few times. Back in those days I was exclusively after musky if I was out fishing in a boat
