misfish Posted January 4, 2021 Report Posted January 4, 2021 I wonder what will happen if you get a good hit when the rotator is at near top center ? Will the rod snap , will the brace bend ? Yes, wear would be an issue. Maybe some hockey tape would be an idea in that area . Cool idea.

It wore a line through the lettering on the rod. Didn't make it through or hurt the blue coating.
