Dam dog will eat anything. There will be steamed portobello mushrooms covered in snails,garlic and butter, and motsa CHEESE. As well baked taters with crispy BACON bits and CHEESE.

Cooking for two is alot harder then gooking for the family of four before they left the nest. Get the peppers on for a char. Sliced to add to the chicken wrapped strips Prep the mushroom, mozz ( siliani will have to do today ) it was nice a fresh and soft..Got the snails happy happy with melted butter and seasoning. Taters are wrapped and ready to go.

I was cooking up a bunch of bacon wrapped walleye for the boys along with some sausages got inspired and wrapped a couple of the sausages in bacon as well. Everything tastes better wrapped in bacon.

manitoubass2 Posted September 6, 2015 Author Report Posted September 6, 2015 Mike, when i guided, i did a bacon wrapped crappie then once cooked you just add a small dollap of maple syrup. Unreal good. Of course it works with walleye or even pike as well, but mmmmmm crappie, best we have IMO.
