most hunters prefer "firearms" instead of "weapon" like liberals use. why only one gun with 2 people? technically its legal for a hunter to take all the guns you own hunting with you. i often take my 17hmr and 12 gauge at the same time so im prepared for long and short shots. you could take your whole family hunting with you if you really wanted to as long as you are the only one shootin... i went out in the rain this evening to have a look around and ended up seeing a big doe and found a bunch of trails.

im looking to get a 1961 18hp evinrude fastwin running that has been in storage for 15 years or so. i could easily rebuild it myself but i need a manual or something to help me along. any ideas where to get one? i tried on ebay with no luck. im also wondering if there are any good small engine repair shops in the brantford area that specialize in outboards? its a nice clean outboard so i sure hope i can get her running good.

ive heard financial advisors do nothing but keep using up your money until nothing is left.... a few years ago when gold was less than $500/oz my aunt told me to buy $25k worth of gold or roughly 50ozs. if i would have done that and cashed out today at $866/oz i would have made a profit of over $18k, or a new boat. i sure am kickin myself for not listening :wallbash:

i had to buy a crossbow (excalibur exomax) a couple years ago because my shoulder was screwed from a rugby injury. could likely use a compound now but im in love with my crossbow now so i couldnt sell her. its so accurate i cant aim at the same place twice or ill be busting up bolts pretty quickly. best shot so far is on a cottontail. 38 yards through the edge of its eye, standing, off hand basically you get what you pay for. id stick with single cam bows as they arent as finicky as dual cams. hoyt, bowtech, pse, basically all the main brands make good bows. stay away from shooters choice as their prices are ridiculous. bass pro is pretty good for pricing and you can test out a few bows to see which one you like. le barons is likely the best on pricing around here but their customer service usually sucks so make sure you know what you want before you go there. and yes it is worth the extra money buying carbon arrows vs aluminum...

your bank can stick it up their wazoo with an ING savings account i believe you now earn 4% interest and you can take your money out any time you please. i had nearly $35k in my account a couple years ago and i was making around $110/month of interest. it isnt much but its 100% risk free and you can withdraw or add money any time you wish. real estate? buy a triplex, put $25k down and use $15k for renovations. once its paid off you will be bringing in $2k/month at least

im a member of canadas largest firearms site and the majority say that the scope you get with these combos are complete junk. id say get her a savage model 200 ($309 from wholesale sports). they are well known for being cheap but shooting 3/4" groups or smaller with factory loads which is very good. then spend $125 on a bushnell banner and you are good to go for around the same price but with a better scope. i own 2 banners and beat the hell outta them and they never lose their zero. actually, if you are set on that combo it may still be $20 cheaper ordering it from wholesale sports...

i wish i was still doing concrete full time as i could ask one of the drivers about this. he use to own a gas station and i always had questions for him. he got out of the business as it just wasnt worth the headaches all the time and you dont make very good money at all. he said that his take home was about 4% of each sale after taxes, insurance, wages, etc. he makes more money driving a concrete truck.... just bend over and take it because theres nothing we can do

hmmm...i think if you used a whole red fox tail and turned it into a "buck tail" spinner, it may be good for the BIG muskie? lol. mepps will actually send you 1 spinner for every 10 squirrel tails you send them. checked it out on their site a couple years ago but never got around to trying it out.
-
lets see what i could save for ya... squirrel tails rabbit fox coyote coon deer turkey feathers grouse pheasant pretty much everything that walks around here

the nordic track (think thats it) from canadian tire thats on sale 25% right now are very good tires. just remember 3 things... 1)only use snow tires in the winter as they will wear down super fast in the summer 2)the "tire guys" say that even the cheapest snow tire will provide more traction than premium all season tires 3)you must get 4 tires. 2 snow tires on one end and 2 all seasons on the other = accident waiting to happen

no it doesnt. says who you ask? dads best friend who is a detective, the police officer at the cop shop i called to find out myself, and my neighbours daughter who has worked for the mnr for im guessing 10 years. its is the responsibility of the person who wishes to use the land to find out who owns the property along with where each property line is. real estate agents can be used for this (some actually wanted me to pay them for 5 minutes work ) the overall answer i got from everyone i have asked is that you should treat it just like your backyard at your house. it does not have to be posted no trespassing for you to press charges if someone comes on your land. its a simple process really. you notice someone on your land, you call police and wish to have them removed. the police will show up and hopefully catch the trespassers. they will ask all their questions and basically relay the info to the landowner if they are not present. if you insist that charges are laid, the trespasser will be charged. and no the landowner does not need to inform the trespassers to leave. cops actually encourage landowners to call them instead to prevent any confrontations between angry, and possibly armed, landowners and trespassers. ive been the trespasser (didnt know previous owners sold the land) and was nearly charged and pretty much had to beg to get off the hook. it was this wakeup call that made me do all this research and crap to make sure i didnt run into that problem again. another thing that may be an issue is hunting season. when you seek permission to hunt someones land you also find out who else will be using the land and for what. i gladly report any vehicles that shouldn't be in the area for safety and to protect the land i use.
-
ive been hunting for about 15 years (7 years on my own) and ive seen everything from notes left on my vehicle to people firing warning shots in the air. ive done a ton of research on trespassing and have figured this much out. -the property does NOT have to be posted -landowners can own the land under water -trespassers will be charged if the landowner decides to press charges -it is your responsibility to obtain permission to step foot on someones land -if you drive off the road onto someones property to park, you could be charged with damaging property (knocking over small trees, tearing up grass, etc.) -you will get more complaints in the late summer and fall because people will think you are growing weed on their property you likely had to walk on his property to get down to the water which would be trespassing. maybe your vehicle was too far off the roadway and on his property? its a huge pain in the arse to find out who owns what property and where each property ends, but its nice when you have permission and know where you may go so you dont have to wonder if theres going to be an OPP waiting for you when you get back.

if rockbass could grow as big as salmon or trout, youd need shark fishing gear to land them
-
...and jerky, pepperettes, sausage, etc...
-
ive been to the rock twice. fished for pretty much everything in the ocean but the land locked brookies were fun to catch. ill never forget going after the sea run brookies in the one pond. there was a small stream coming into it and there was a pool about 12ft x 5ft that was literally black there were so many trout in there. the sea run trout are much more silver looking than the ones in the pics but taste just as great

in order for you to fail a driving test you have to be a really bad driver (many people fail to admit this) or the instructor had it out for you. id choose the first option in most cases. when i did my road test to get my G2 i had to merge onto the highway, drive around a few blocks, and park in a parking lot. for my road test to get my G it was pretty much just a cruise around town until my left front caliper locked up so tight that id lay a patch every time i tried to move. flicked on the 4-ways to find the problem and then proceeded to the nearest parking lot doing what you should do in that situation. i passed with flying colors. the bottom line is instructors can tell if you are very nervous or just a bad driver. if you know how to drive properly then its impossible to fail. ya always hear stories about "perfect drivers" failing, when its really just bad drivers blaming the instructors for not giving them the license they arent ready for yet. my dad would have a new story everyday about what happened at truck driving school. sounds brutally easy to get your AZ

yet another case of humans thinking they know whats best for wildlife. its almost as pathetic as people that interfere with simple things like saving a mouse or taking home a baby rabbit that was "lost". many people think they know whats best for the animal when they really should have stayed back and not get involved. animals are programmed to do certain things to better their herd, flock, etc and when humans get involved they mess up what was suppose to happen. deer are damn good swimmers and maybe it could have made it, maybe not. the deer sure had a good reason to head that way if it tried going back again and they shoulda left it alone. hopefully the deer is still around in the fall to give someone the chance to turn him into pepperettes

wild is likely 10x better.... dip in milk, coat with shake n bake, pan fry or deep fry to perfection. over cooking will ruin your meal giving you a very rubbery meat.
