  1. Great report and pictures. You were doing these great reports 15 yrs. ago. Good to see your still at it despite whatever. Catching fish is in your DNA. lol Thanks!
  2. Always used the perch Super Shad Rap. Use your electronics and stay on weed edges. Avoid weeds only solution really.
  3. This is a primo fish report everyone is hoping for. Beautiful chunky muskies! Great pics!
  4. Awesome report and pictures! Too many perfect ones to mention but Bald Eagles and the Common Grackle stand out for me. Thanks.
  5. Alright, this thread is still going! Tons of great advice all works. Now at this time of year the fish are on humps, structure of spine going Roetzels Island to Hurricane Pt. 15 to 25 ft. 1/4 oz to 3/8 oz jig with white or shad berkley power twister tail, stinger and worm/leech. Wind pending. At nighttime, casting silver original Rapala around docks/ shoreline structure, couple split shots foot and half away., reel in slow as possible detecting slightest hit. Good luck again, put in the time.
  6. Little late in the day but nice fish made it all good!
  7. Nice! Largest musky eh, a lifetime memory.
  8. Have you tried dragging worm harness along weed line low light hours? Maybe fish are deeper along shoals north of Roetzels Island?
  9. The Bighead and Silver Carp are the worrisome carp. They haven't got past Chicago barrier yet. Plankton filter feeders like a Blue Whale. I remember MJL posting grass carp catches over a decade ago. They aren't a problem. Silver Carp do the jumping...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLmJjRqXDCo
  10. At least Jays seem to be doing better last couple of weeks. Good thing they didn't sign David Price in off season. They ended up signing J.A. Happ and Marco Estrada for better value. 2 for price of one. If the big bats start cranking things will be alright.
  11. Find the Weather Network site a bit irritating with ads/popups etc... Environment Canada is okay. I use Intellicast radar site mostly. Zoom in and out, current local conditions(right side), many options... http://www.intellicast.com/Local/WxMap.aspx
  12. Nice post Jacques, good fish results, nice cooking setup 'n everything. You are a lucky dood! Thanks for sharing.
  13. Huh? i have barely commented on thread, just re-posted thread you put up...have no opinion on politics. I have met you Raf at Toronto Islands pike fishing 12-13 yrs. ago back when fishing fueled this board. Helped you unhook pike that swallowed you HJ-14 remember that finger dock stuff? Ran into Patrick G.G other day couldn't believe he remembered me and those T.O island pike days. Anyways fishing rocks, so no offence Raf you are a good person.
  14. What? Too much info i don't pay attention to or care about.

  16. For the guitar players...50 yrs. ago. Emotional shredding...
  17. Manitoba has the only Progressive Conservative provincial government in Canada. Why do they have double the provincial taxes of Ontario? Actually scared if PC's get into Ontario they might double tax up to Manitoba Conservative rates...
  18. Yes, i agree. There sure is a shady side. Lots of goofy potheads on T.V right now. However i don't smoke etc...but undoubtedly the medical cannabis oil gifted to me by Stage 4 cancer patient (she doesn't use) was extremely effective for extreme pain from back surgery and MS. Hope this works out maybe L.C.B.O style...medical grade edible cannabis oil helped alleviate my severe pain.
  19. So Toronto police just busted 43 dispensaries here in Toronto. Easy for them. Not impressive. Have worst case of MS(wheelchair bound) and chronic severe post-surgery back pain, but don't smoke stuff. Edible cannabis oil helps kills pain. Friend with cancer gives me her oil product(she doesn't use), the cannabis oil kills pain better than opiates. Not impressed by these easy busts.
  20. Wow! Loved the report. Great mix of fish, that walleye and crappie are huge for that area. Your daughter probably had great time just being with you out there! Always like how the dogs stick their noses in fish pics!
  21. Another great report! Simcoe produces good.
  22. Always love your reports with Jack! Keep at 'er. Thanks!
