  1. Religious and political threads aren't supposed to be allowed on this fishing forum. lol They are left up to increase page views i guess. Anyways.... About 10 percent of people are born that gay way. Prostitutes have been around forever. Usually from low income or tragic situations. The thing is to be kind to all of Gods children...lol Some powerful organizations continue to spread their psychological disease (Jo-Ho's, Scientology, other religions, even big corporations) to keep the peeps timid while they scoop the money for their already rich, hypocritical leaders. Religion on fishing forum... gotta love it.
  2. Answered a few PM's about this. This morning is a perfect example of right conditions to try fishing this spot. Light northerly winds staying offshore all day. Tinnys off lake shore Frencmans Bay beach. Large boats have to launch from Bluffers Park and do short run. Key thing is to arrive at sunrise or sunset for non stop doubleheaders of mixed species for few hours before you freeze or fish scatter.
  3. These are line class records, ie. 60 lb. braid or 60 lb. mono or whatever. 132 cm is about 52 inches. These line class records that look pretty big. Still waiting for the picture of recent 59 by 34 inch St. Lawrence musky. It would dwarf these fish. lol
  4. They are line class records, like record for 60 lb. braid or 50 lb. mono or whatever. They are 52 inch fish that look huge. Can't wait to see picture of rumoured 59 by 34 inch it must look massive. lol
  5. Keep seeing this video/commercial which reminds me that it is that time of year again Main difference being around Toronto was pure industrial setting and no shore fishing allowed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imDmzevcTIs Should have been a meteorologist as studying weather maps and watching future wind direction was done in winter for decades. Did have a couple PM's asking about this recently. If you read this thread info is all there. Sometime used a few dozen emerald shiners off slip floats, that worked well too. Have to be there at sunrise or sunset for the non stop catching. Sunlight sends the fish to the expansive depths of big lake. Hard to believe was half hour from downtown T.O. Good for hardcore anglers who like catching. Always thought a Canadian record white bass or walleye was possibility.
  6. Wow! Finally understand the attraction of going to Quinte in late Nov. from this thread. Hooking up with the best charter and catching over a couple dozen huge walleye in couple of days does rock. Must be the best getting out with Lloyd in his boat. More about catching fish not wishing for fish. Great report! Awesome!
  7. Hockey Night in Canada will still be around for many, many years. Don Cherry is 79 though. Agreed. The main drawback is if Nick Kypreos shows up more with his yapping. Correction, Cherry is still old though.
  8. Give your head a shake. Lots of other fiscal conservatives will run. Ya, an admitted crack smoking, drunk driving, very wealthy family guy who lies constantly would be perfect mayor again. Now he is entertaining being in a porn movie. lol http://www.tmz.com/2013/11/26/toronto-mayor-tom-ford-sex-video-vivid-brandy-aniston/ Now that's entertainment.....ugh.
  9. The 2-3 lb. fish are good eating size. I guess the thrilling danger involved in fishing for these inedible 15 lb. wet socks is what gets some out there. However, used to ice fish Long Reach/Sherman's Point years ago and getting a 10 lb.+ walleye was great, since i was used to little walleyes of the Kawarthas.
  10. I think that technologies have allowed people to go out much later into winter to target world record musky. Some musky guides have spent decades targeting biggest muskies (in Nov., Dec.) on St. Lawrence/Ottawa R. or Georgian Bay.like Mike Lazurus. This has resulted in a couple of near 60 lb. musky with all that time and effort for him. This 59 by 34 in.fish is largest caught if accurately measured.
  11. I guess for some aboriginals instead of starving to death when there was no food they reverted to cannibalism.
  12. Ya, using a weight calculator is only speculation. But whatever, this fish sounds like it would be largest musky ever caught if measurements are accurate. Have to wait for MCI's next issue i guess.
  13. Just curious of potential weight. http://www.muskyhunter.com/weight-calculator/ According to the above link that fish would weigh about 85.25 lbs. The largest dozen or so caught and weighed fish were between 58-65 lbs. Ken O'Brien's 65 lber was apparently 58 by 30.25 in. That this fish is so much bigger is.....odd.
  14. Check this out w/ Miley Cyrus. http://enoughtoeat.com/
  15. My apologies if it was link i posted. Have been using that link for a few years now on recommendation on this site. Even use it for baseball and hockey that isn't televised.as well. I use Google Chrome and free AVAST! spyware and have never had spyware....
  16. A canoe from Rouge R.? Ya, Liverpool Rd. is better choice. To be successful there you have to use rattlin raps or jointed shad raps and be there at sunrise or sunset.between Dec 21- Mar 21. Did report last year. Any daytime pictures were from about 7 am to 9 am. the fishing drops right off after that. Do it right and it is non stop catching for couple hours then gotta go, fast. http://ontariofishingcommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=67005
  17. Not the biggest fan of MMA but always like when Canadians headline UFC event. If you don't do pay per view here is good link. Just have to keep closing pop up ads then when possible and then press full screen and you are good to go, About 10 pm or so.... http://www.feed2all.eu/type/boxing-wwe-ufc.html George St, Pierre vs Johny Hendricks - GSP might lose like Anderson Silva did last time. Chael Sonnen vs Rashad Evans - Another tough call but i think Evans will win. Rory MacDonald vs Robbie Lawler - Canadian welterweight Rory MacDonald should win fast. Josh Koschek vs Tyson Woodley - Koschek still? Something to watch after Leafs game tonight.
  18. Ford? Read about cognitive dissonance Kicking Frog. Not a hard read. You will see the finest examples displayed by hardcore Ford disciple.
  19. My children are 17 and 11 yrs. old girls. They still like going to the Santa Claus parade. There is little talk of Ford here (especially after yesterdays cat talk) but they are smart and social enough.....etc. At least Rob Ford isn't going to participate this year which takes away that very slight chance of his influence.or.disruption. I live a few hundred yards from start of Santa Claus parade (Christie Pits). My main focus, as usual, is not to move my car that day until parade ends. Over a million people attend and parking (even in my spot) is insane for half the day.
  20. The mayor yesterday says he has plenty to eat at home.....someone should contact SPCA. lol
  21. Thought Ford was talking fishing at news conference this morn, when he said " he has enough to eat at home'. Sounds like he practices 'catch and release'.
  22. An example of cognitive dissonance. You are wrong, as a taxpayer and RESIDENT of Toronto he raised my property tax and admitted to being a crack cocaine user and admitted to buying drugs last two years while in office. Is this what our Mayor should show my children to me a resident taxpayer.
  23. "Be very careful what you write" Ford sums up today. I am concerned how an admitted crack user etc.... will affect my children's perception of the Santa Claus parade this year when he goes by my area. It will become about him and not the enjoyment of the season for children here. Polls tonight show that 75 % of Toronto taxpayers want him to resign. The other 25 % apparently suffer from 'cognitive dissonance' or inability to accept reality of truth and needed change of misdirected thought. Crack smoking Mayor, effect on kids here and Santa Claus parade concerns this Toronto taxpayer.
  24. Rob Ford is an admitted crack cocaine user, drunk driver, admitted buying drugs today, oxycontinin user, charged for spousal abuse, alcoholic who for months and months was lying about all this, until he got caught. I like my neighbors in Toronto here. If he was my neighbor i would be scared for my children's safety. The Santa Claus parade starts about 300 yards from my home this weekend. Always one of the coolest things living so close. This mayor puts a big black mark on this occasion. ....I'll have to say to my kids .' there is Rudolph, there is Santa, there is our crack smoking mayor who is currently being in a murder investigation" All this just for saving me as a taxpayer 60 dollars on a car tax. Otherwise all my taxes, property , etc... are the same. As a resident i have saved little on tax but have explain to my kids, crack and murder because of it, probably during Santa Claus parade by my house.
