  1. .... and mine. Good going guys.
  2. Well then it would seem you have the above option Drifter posted or living with them as is. Are you anywhere near Hamilton?
  3. Is it not possible to return them?
  4. I understand that there's lots of Whities in Erie, just don't ask me where to or how to. I did see this little discussion about it the other day, not sure what you can glean from it BB. http://www.longpoint.on.ca/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=15932
  5. Good job Bruce, that's some fine eating there! I suggest though you don't wait another 28 years for your next one. Oh yes, I too am familiar with the "hill of death." LOL
  6. Oh boy, that doesn't sound good at all Norm.... Now I have a dilemma!
  7. Late yesterday afternoon I was Pm'd by Bigugli enquiring if I was at home and could he drop by as he was in the area, I replied "of course." A short while later he arrives with his lovely wife and procedes to hand me a bag of perch fillets and some of his home made salsa, lucky me. Looks like a big fish dinner for me and the kids tomorrow. Can't thank you enough for your generousity Bruce. It was great to see you again and have a chat with you and your wife, you now know where I live, doors always open!
  8. Outstanding fishing, outstanding report, thanks Tyler.
  9. Thanks Dave. I knew that Grouper themselves were not a toxic/poisonous species so I Googled your response, makes sense, thank you. One of the links I perused.... http://www.doh.wa.gov/ehp/sf/pubs/pspfactsheet.htm
  10. I'm still waiting for a proposal to keep salmon from moving beyond the estuaries.
  11. Right now I'd be happy with just any one of those fish.
  12. Looks like a good time Mike. I was going to say the same thing as FishLogic, looks just like the 45lb Yellowfin Grouper my Uncle had mounted. Not toxic to the best of my knowledge.
  13. How come you haven't dropped by to show me one Floatman....
  14. For me Delvin, no question, FIXED! Just need to know where you like your reel positioned.
  15. Just had a chance to watch the videos, very nice and great tunes as well. Nice to see I'm not the only one who favours a longer rod than most.
  16. Nothing shabby bout those results Ryan!
  17. I'd be happy with a few of those on my plate Bruce. Totally agree here with that statement!
  18. Going back more years than I care to remember I had a 16' square back Sportspal with a 17lb thrust Sears Game Fisher, moved it along very well. Also threw on a 15 horse Evinrude one day at my buddies cottage and tore the lake up, ZOOM ZOOM...... That being said I'd think something in the 30 lb thrust range would be more than adequate.
  19. I'm jealous, been too long since I had a day on the ice Rob and a day like you and your brother had is exactly what I'm needing.
