Keeping busy in the rod shop for some of our members so I thought I'd share a few pictures.
First a Sage fly rod for Ctranter....
The completed handle for Floatman55
A quick look at the reel seat for the rod I'll be guiding tomorrow, heading to Troutguy upon completion.
And another handle shot for Misfish's new steelie rod.
This is exactly what happened to mine a year ago at the beginning of the heating season, on advice from the installer I took the hose off at the one end and blew through to the switch till I could hear it operating. They said it was likely a spider or web blocking it. No issues since.
Exactly!
You can spend all day trying to straighten it out on the trailer when the transom is floating high above the trailer, in, out, in, out, in, out......
Not something I've heard per say, just witnessed. Those who submerge their boat trailers so deep they spend gross amounts of time tying up the boat ramp trying to get the boat centered on the trailer.....
I'll add to that "sensitive" comment Harrison in the form of the constant updates at the "Ganny" fish ladder, while it's certainly interesting to know it could have/should have waited till a later date IMO.
I think not.
Posted Mon. March 12th the OP stated he was looking for a fishing partener for walleye fishing in Caledonia, mistakenly believing that the walleye fishing season closed on Wed. March 15th.
Given the lack of snow and ice as well as the green grass and the lack of warm clothing it would seem to fit well with the above quote.
Even if I'm mistaken on all of the above this still applies!
