I've always jonesed for something like these. Basspro used to sell something similar but there's nothing on their site now. Not great if you plan to move often so pretty well basecamp I think. http://dingodoza.com.au

glad to hear you're doing well after the scare and that you're spending time with friends and family. having the opportunity to re-evaluate is a gift and hope others take this step before having a medical emergency. the fishing lifestyle isn't the most active so we need to keep on top of things (esp shore lunches) so we can keep doing this as long as we can. sorry for the preach but I've lost friends to various cardiac issues and would prefer not to go through it again. btw, I hear weed growth near memquisit is decent

you want to read about smoke jumpers and the risks they take ? read Young Men and Fire by Norman MacLean (he of A River Runs Through It).
-
yup. turn left at Verner and yer back on 64. Takes you right past Lakair was thinking of Totem in a couple of weeks but guess that's now on hold.
-
Man the smoke was pretty good on a stretch of 69 today. Saw some helos based in a field in Britt, guessing they were for monitoring, didn't see any buckets. If the winds keep coming in from the bay, can't see how 69 stays open much longer since it was only 6kms from the asphalt today.

Anyone know how to get this rear seat out?
woodenboater replied to KawarthaAngler's topic in General Discussion
I'd be pulling the seat cushion to see if the screws and brackets are in there. -
Gamakatsu Octopus ? and nice ink, simple but to the point haha. your design ?

with my luck, not much. but it would make for a more efficient lure washer lolol

yup. learning how to throw with a baitcaster is fundamental but that doesn't mean we can't adapt or use newer tech. I'm happy to see a company that's doing more than just keeping on, keeping on

If the Shimano DC really works, imma gonna drop some coin and get one. Not that I don't love picking at nests lol
-
be very curious to know if the trucking company had a dash cam on that rig.
-
you can bet they're going to consider making it an all way stop. and overhead flashing light and/ or rumble strips. also if there's not already one there, a sign warning of a stop ahead.

be kinda cool if you had a mothership.

guess they want to take some pressure off Matthews. but yeah, defense was the hole that needed to be filled.

Grass seed and re-seeding/ patching lawns question, nf
woodenboater replied to chris.brock's topic in General Discussion
Used Scott Turf Builder EZ Seed on the front lawn, chewed up the ground a bit first, then laid some topsoil mixed in with the seed. key was watering it often and for me, heavy at times. Good luck, nothing sadder looking than bare patches on lawn -

sorry. bit confused.is she looking to buy a home on her own or with you ? if together, then you should have more flexibility with mortgage cap. also sounds like her landlord was looking for a reason to evict her since she always paid, just a few days late. he'll jack it up for the next tenant. good luck in the search but I'm guessing K Dub area is not going to be cheap -
what an awesome day ! won't be long before she's asking for the keys to the boat lol

looks like bruin (?) doesn't really get on with spinach and kale lolol

bit off topic but am using a combination of apple and cherry to smoke some back and side ribs today weather is so fine today. Hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend ! -
^^ this. 'final sales' is like playing the lottery unless the price is stupid cheap or it's a hard to find item. Personally I'd go back to the store and be a slight pita, not asking for a refund but letting them know I wasn't too pleased with the transaction.

I find as I get older, price of housing is definitely a factor but I'm looking at health care as well. is there a very good regional hospital nearby. I'd have no probs living Sudbury/ North Bay area or Thunder Bay. I think most accept that if an ambulance can't get to you in 30 minutes, you're toast. On a lighter note, scenery also plays a large part for me. Worked in s/w Ontario when I was younger and no way in Hades am I heading back that way, no matter how good the fishing lol. Give me G Bay or the West Arm any day -
drop the trees (which shouldn't make a diff if one has to stop anyways, unless right of way driver is absolutely smoking) but rumble strips would be better as it's audible and you feel it so it gets your attention. or possible an overhead flashing red. I'd put money down that there will be a coroner's inquest into this accident after the court case wraps up.
