Just a tip for compression tests on a two stroke motor.Hold the throttle wide open while cranking it.Not sure what boat motors should be but as boatman said both cylinders should be close in compression.Good luck! Joe

The media here likes to throw around the word "automatic " weapons and "assault weapons" and then slip in the word semiautomatic along with them.Sometimes they call semiautomatics assault weapons.There is a world of differance between the two.Automatics are for the most part banned whereas a semiautomatic is very legal and very common.I have a couple of 22's that are semi's lots of fun to plink with.My hunting rifles are bolt action, more accurate and less to go wrong under adverse conditions.The shotguns I own are pump or single shot.I see no use for automatics in a hunting situation.I guess the point is dont be fooled by the media into thinking that semi automatics are in the same cataglory as automatics. You got to be kidding me.I am a part timer fishing in the Great White North and prolly 85% of my casting is with a Husky Jerk or a x-rap and I can say that they will produce!As has been mentioned here its all in the confidence in the lure.A white spinnerbait would be a second choice but it is always a decent choice.Next time you get into a good bite,switch up lures to see what else will work,it might surprise you.
