  1. You never heard of a tire fire? That burns at any temp and really puts of the heat, and little pieces of scalding rubber.
  2. There's one at every lake haha. Some fish, buddy's, nice weather, a meal..... an overall great day!! Wish we could have connected
  3. Just drinking a tea. Actually slept in this morning 'till 8. Cheery Mistress y'all
  4. Picking up my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk this morning!

  5. I've taking unofficial holidays starting today... but I'm still on call, so I could be anywhere between tonight and New Years. Hopefully i'll be with familly, as planned. Hard to say no to Triple Time, Joey!!
  6. That last picture is fantastic. I went for a ride as well....lots of fluffy stuff down here.
  7. Forward good...reverse is grindy. I'm happy with the sled but I'm worried about the reverse function in the chaincase. I gotta get that looked at soon. The snow banks are tiny and fluffy right now, it's tough to load the sled back into the truck.
  8. Long drive, short report It was a short, but good outing. Why didn't you mention anything about catching a pike? haha. That walleye you're holding is a beast!
  9. It's gonna snow and blow tomorrow

  10. It's gonna snow and blow like a IQ challenged tomorrow.

Friends drove from Toronto to North Bay last night and it took almost 7 hours. Usually under 4 on good roads.

  13. We're getting snow now! Let's see how much I enjoy shoveling.

  14. As good of a contributation as a government-service-rant topic is on a fishing forum I suppose.
  15. Not a big deal, but ya, what did you expect. Start a conversation like this anywhere and you'll get a vast array of comments and concerns.
  16. Good luck out there. For your first few trips I'd recommend following other peoples tracks first. Not only will it lead to you potentially good fishing spots, but you'll also be confident it's safe. Stop in at a few local tackleshops and talk to the shopkeepers, they'll be able to help with the area and local regulations. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help if you mention your just getting into the sport.
  17. Cool thanks. Looks like no changes for Nipissing. 50 perch limit!...no problem!
  18. great start! can't wait for mine.... and we already have 8" haha
  19. Slush sucks. Glad your getting some jig-rehab for that elbow. Walleye fishing is never what the doctor orders, but what does he know? haha.
  20. Mine says " If your treble catches my treble, you're too close"
