  1. You may also want to look @ Sylvan Offshore 2300. Nice setup including forward berth. I run a 1991 Sylvan 2150 open bow and it is a solid boat for LO & light enough to trailer anywhere.
  2. Not me Dax. I've actually been doing extensive research on climate change lately and will soon reach reasonable conclusions. I just got narrow the data down to Bahamas, Bermuda or Caicos Islands. I'll be sure to post results here
  3. Debating aside, I thought the time lapse was captivating.
  4. Adjacent to the rowing/canoe club north of Lakeshore.
  5. Spent a frustrating hour tuning carb/gov on snowblower,. Finally dawned on me that I was tuning in full choke mode!!!! Hope Cliff doesn't see this ;)

  8. WOW is an understatement. Thx for posting.
  9. Apologies to Redpearl for the hijack.
  10. For the OP; Where's the bait shop in Lefroy? Are they open early?
  11. Why would an "out of towner"/"non-resident" want to spend their money in Barrie??? http://ontariofishingcommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73107
  12. This thread should provide more specific directions; http://ontariofishingcommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=70997&p=801977 You might want to remind the store owner to update his google location. If he hears it enough times, he might finally figure out the adventure of finding his business is likely costing him money. Good, healthy live bait though.
  13. Another vote for Joe!! Great guy, true fisherman. It's all about fishing
  14. Nice fishies. Putting newbies on firsts or PB's is very rewarding
  15. Not sure it was tobacco. Someone told me tobacco burns more evenly??

  17. XL4000T is thermal (T=thermal). The switchback does not appear to be thermal. A couple of +/- on thermal: + up to minus 7/8 with 3/4 people we rarely need the big buddy heater going. They do retain the body heat generated really well. + minimal/zero condensation when heater is going in extreme cold. Hauling & drying out a wet hut is a PITA. + considerably less fuel to keep the hut warm in extreme cold. - they are considerably heavier to haul vs non thermal. That's my SIL's job. - they not only retain body heat well but also flatulence. I'm expecting an XL6000TC tomorrow via UPS. It is a warranty replacement for last years Thermal Command Post. If buying new, they have a good 1 yr warranty which includes shipping, duty & taxes. Scan/photo your receipt when you purchase just in case. Good luck with your purchase. Clam is worth the && IMHO. Slayer
  18. Ya could always date one of the ladies @ Sandy Cove??
  19. Welcome to Barrie. Visitors Not Welcome.
  20. Any see the opening puck drop brawl CGY vs EDM??? Penalty boxes are full LOL.
  21. Big assist from PK for staying on the ice for the last 2+ minutes and contributing to Lupe's goal
  22. Hey Dave, Short of stopping & parking @ Erindale, I can share this based on my daily travels; -Ice above Streetsville dam just opened up after last weekend's mini thaw. -river is still locked in @ Croatian park south of Eglington -locked in @ QEW bridge -haven't seen a vehicle parked on Missy road south of Dundas in weeks I could be wrong but my guess would be the Credit is probably locked up @ Erindale? & it's only gonna get colder later this week.
  23. 5:00 am??!! Did you carry Sue to the car in her Jammies??
