i got an email a couple months ago from the mnr in norhtbay telling me that the 2006 regs are ot be used for 2007 includung fall bass fishing. it clearly stated that all fishing is closed oct 15th. just what was sent ot me maybe there has been changes since but i have not heard of them. CHeers!

40 inch is a big pike. i have seen a few in georgian bay and nipissing but have never been able to catch one. I have also heard there are big pike in teh muskoka lakes so its not to surprising CHeers!

havent heard about the fishing in the pickeral river this year but i do know a guy that has a place up that way and last year he said the fishing was great, so i would imagine it would be all good for your trip. Cheers!

i guess it goes ot show you, read the regs in every lake or river your not familar with. it sure would suck to lose your license for perch fishing out of season.

im so glad my tax dollars pay for your teacher. why in the world would any grown adult say that to a classroom full of kids unless they have serious issues. I agree she/he shoudl be fired.

i think bass opens the 30th this year not the 23rd. Might want to check the regs in the area your in. CHeers!
