A video of your adventure would have nice, but useless given the situation since we
wouldn't b able to see you.
Fishing in the dark with rain coming down and a broken rod.
Sounds like you're a real Canadian boy with super red iron blood
flowing through your veins.
IanD, the shot of that male mallard
checking out his ying yang in front of his lady friend
is both a great nature pic and funny as well.
There are some super pics here.
Keep 'em coming.
My dad had some shells kicking around for years.
I took them to the nearest police station.
They just got some basic info and I was on my way.
Or........give 'em to Brian after he's had a few and run like mad.
Yes, I'm joking.
We have a Jiffy 10" and it's been going strong for about 20 years.
Don't think we ever did anything to it except spray some cleaner
around the throttle mechanism when it got a bit sticky.
Wayne, my friends at Advanced Taxidermy have walleye moulds up to at least 17 or 19lbs.
Should be no problem to get a replica made of the 15lber.
I've seen their 15 lb. mould and the finished product personally.
Super catch blyght.
You should be very proud of such a magnificent fish.
My opinion and response to your question would be that I would accept
a 6 inch transducer on the boat if it would give me more info.
Same goes for the 4 inch ice transducer. I'd gladly welcome the increase in size if it meant
getting more info.
I don't mind the snow or even a few super chilly days,
but the wind is what gets to me.
I can handle -30 Celcius all day with no wind.
I can handle snow falling down all day with no wind.
Add wind to cold or snow and now it gets nasty.
Thanks for the report and pics nautifish.
Another vote for Wolf's Den.
