Are You A _____- Angler Or A Multispecies Angler?
Carp replied to Crazyhook's topic in General Discussion
I'll fish for just about anything, but walleye and great lakes salmon and trout are probably my favourites. -
The best thing is to remove the ball and adjoining hardware when not in use. I keep them wrapped in a couple of shopping bags to keep grease/rust from getting anything dirty. Leave the bag in the vehicle, garage or house until you need it. These may help deter theives, but if they really want it, they'll find a way. Locks for the hitch and trailer coupler. Keys match both locks. I think they were $10/set at Princess Auto (on sale). I bought extras if you want a set. Let me know Peter.

For those who don't know and need directions: Just north of Toronto and visible from Hwy #400. Northbound, you can exit at Bass Pro Mills Dr. The store will be just ahead on your right. West side of mall. Southbound on Hwy#400, you would exit at Rutherford Rd. and go east (left) on Rutherford Rd. to the other side of the highway. The mall is on your right.

I'm relaxed b2kptbo, but just a little shocked. I guess that's about the going rate at a dealership....maybe ? My newest vehicle came with a factory installed receiver, wiring and tranny cooler. I know to get all that done by the dealer later would have been quite a bit of money I know you're trying to help, we all are. I wasn't trying to start any friction. Don't need any enemies. Besides, you'd probably knock me into the ground. I'm just a tiny muscleless runt. Jeez, I only weigh 137lb. O.K. 139lb., but I had a big lunch. Get your gear ready and let's go fishing instead.

Excellent job. Keep 'em coming.

IDIOT !!!

Same score here. 323.4 I was stuck at 319.3 and finally got some grease under that little bugger to make him slide farther.
-
538 in about 5 min. Don't let me fly your chopper.

$500 for a trailer hitch ? WOW !!! Are you towing the space shuttle launch pad ? I don't think I've ever paid more than $150 and that's a 5000lb. capacity receiver. The last one was a 3500lb receiver I installed myself on my Chevy Venture van. Not sure of the exact price, but no more than $100 - $120 @ Princess Auto on sale. Might be time to change your trailer hitch supplier b2kptbo.

Ya, I have to agree making sure the plug is in the boat is a ritual when I go fishing. Can't really think of anything that stands out, but I'm sure there's a few things I do the same every time I go out.
-
If you're near me (Mississauga) I can give you a hand if you can't get it out. I have some very persuasive tools and chains. I still don't understand how the ball ended up into the bumper. Did the hitch bend or was the pin sheared, causing the hitch to slide forward in the receiver and into the bumper ? Anyhow, if ya need help and you're not to far, send me a message.

I like the comment below the video about bumping his scope on his beer can. Seems to fit. SILLY REDNECK ! That deer is at close range. A long distance shot would be very dangerous to other hunters as the bullet would be waaaaay off target. Scary to think there are people like this out there who honestly believe they can shoot.

Picton Walleye Report And Pictures - Dec. 11th & 12th
Carp replied to Shaun Rickard's topic in General Discussion
Awesome !!! Dang! Now I got the itch again. Not sure if I'll have time to scratch though. -
The MNR should be one of the best funded ministries. It's staff enforce our fish and wildlife laws. We should be putting more CO's in the field with the best equipment available to help them combat crimes against our fish and wildlife. Without enforcement, why bother buying licences ? More people will take the chance they won't get caught. People just never learn. Show Doughead McGuilty what you think of his Bull at the next election. Get that jerk and the rest of the Fiberals out of office. 28% wage increase ? How about showing the people it's not about the money and taking a pay cut ? I say let them work for minimum wage and we'll see very quickly how much the Fiberals care about the people who voted them into power again. Are we insane to just stand by and let them steal our money again and again ? You know why their colours are red? Because they keep bleeding us dry. Sure, just push that knife a little father into my back. I enjoy the pain !!! Sure, no problem. You go ahead and take every last dollar I make to pad your own luxurious lifestyle, while my family struggles to survive. Yes Doughead McGuilty, I like being continuously raped.......NOT !!! You just keep it up. Keep giving us the same stupid "I dunno" answers. I certainly didn't vote for you and hopefully the voters in Ontario come to their senses and see you and your Fiberal party for the blood suckers you really are. I apologize. I don't usually don't snap like this, but right now, I'm both furious and frustrated as I'm sure some of you are as well. Just had to blow off a little steam. Thanks for lending an ear.

Well, I'm not sure about a yearly income, but pretty soon they'll be charging more for minnows than L.A. lawyers charge to get guilty ex-football players off on 2 murders raps.

A big weight lifted from their shoulders, ....I hope.
-
Well it certainly looks as if you gave it a valiant effort. Even if the fish weren't hungry, at least you had a nice meal.

Never fished LOTW, or wherever Nestor Falls is. but welcome to the board.

Tell the wife if she shrieks like that again, it'll be her getting rid of the rabbit.

It's at Lake Simcoe nautifish. Last year, we were at the park at the end of Innisfil Beach Rd., south of Barrie. West side of the lake, just minutes to hwy. #400. We had over 80 derby participants last year and hundreds of onlookers and people buying food and drinks back on shore, waiting for the might anglers to bring in their catches for measure. Even made the local newspapers and a mention on the 'A' channel. (local T.V. station). Nice little clip of our very own Terry and his winning fish if someone can post it. I'm not that savvy yet with the puter. I'll see if I can get something to add to the prize list Mo. This time I can give the potential donor(s) a bit more notice. Oh well. I was beaten again. Too slow to post the location. Hope to see ya there nautifish. It's only 1hr from Timmins Dan.......by commercial plane. Seriously, it would be great if you did make the trip.
