    As for the herring? You would have to be here in person. I just used the oven and it worked fine. SMOKE FLAVOR,BUT NICE AND DRY. LOL

    Just add some fresh dill weed.to those lemons slices. If you want a nice hearty piece of fish,put your fillets in a nice ice bath. The meat will plump up nice.. Put some budda on the foil. Lay the fillet on that,add lemon slices,dill and season to taste. My god, my mouth is watering. Im haveing home made skettie and chicken parma. Not a bad sub in my books.LOL

    Nice shot Lew. Pops got about 20 or so in his yard. He feeds them all winter. Good thing this year. 4 ft of snow up there. He gets as close as patting them on the head. Hell, if he,s late getting out there, they will come to the garage side window to see what the hold up is. LMAO
