she's got my vote! Im glad we are winning medals when we are supposed to, just wish we could have won some medals when we weren't supposed to though. Proud to be though!

That was a great game...by all the players.....i wonder where those guys are who said that guys like Staal, Richards, or Bergeron shouldnt be on the team....they are all playing amazing in the last two games.

Hiller is playing awsome...so are the U.S. The swiss cant generate any offence what so ever... edit...that was a close one

I use ebay a lot, and i always see cheap prices on stuff that is located or says its located in Hong Kong. Ususally see an item in bulk and has a ridiculously cheap price attached to it. Does anyone know what the deal is with this? Is it legit, or scam? Just curious, thanks

Im on the fence with the penalty shot....look at it the other way...what if Nash took it and didnt score...what would that have done to him maybe? What a beauty snip by him in the third though

Its funny...if Canada won the game and didnt face a hot Goaltender, this conversation of who is there and isnt there wouldnt be happening...we would be plannig the gold medal party....but thats what makes us Canadian, and its AWSOME! Like others said...no need to panic....just Believe in this team and get behind them.

dont forget about the fillet knives too!

thats a good ol fashioned Zinger right there! He truly was on last night! What a perfomance he put on for the world to see.

I have fished it for a few years now...and was supposed to go to Geraldton last year but couldnt but my partner went, and said it was run great as well....however...be sure to register early for more of those northern tourneys as they fill up fast. This is a serious derby and the attitiude is great, with lots of enforcement from the OPP and the MNR. It is a great derby, run with a great goup of people from the big city of Dubreuilville. The fishing can be tough...best to pre fish the crap out of the resevoir so you know where they are...lots of big fish to be had. Pre-fishing this derby helps alot...there is a reason why the top walleye anglers do well there year after year. When you do fish it...look for the crowds...seriously!!

this was a test for the fans to see if they were awake. By no means should Canada have won this game....yes them outshot them, but Canada played absolutly terrible for the last two periods. Way to many give aways and too many times caught watching the Swiss team. It almost looked like they were there simple for a little skate. They showed absolutly no emotion for the last periods except for when Morrow and Richards were on the ice playing "Canadian" hockey. Congrats to the Swiss team for showing up to play! Boo to Canada for deciding to sit this one out. Still rooting for them though...hopefully they play better against the U.S. otherwise, it aint going to be pretty... Que ..in the Steve Yzerman, us against them speach.....................................Now

Your absolutly right JohnF...there are many athletes at the olympics that are paid millions to do there sport, but endorsments also. I read a week ago an article about the highest paid olympians other than hockey and Lindsey Vonn makes near 8 million a year, Shawn White was up there as well. The olympics are really not becoming the event that amatuers thrived to attend.

Overall i thought it was great...the national anthem however, was awful, emabarressed at that, however there rest of the show was cool! Proud to be Canadian thats for sure!

Remember...."its not a purse...its a sachel....Indiana Jones wear's one" All this vegas talk has me looking at vegas again
-
sure it is....just "order a pizza to your room"

Classic movie opening! Vegas is something else, and both times i have been there, i played it as we went...no point in trying to really follow an agenda. Drinks are free if you are gambling or look like it, but be sure to tip to get them to keep on funneling the alcohol and never order just 1 drink at a time for a waitress...order a couple, specially if they are free. 1 thing to check out if you not squimish is the Body exhibit, first time i was there it was at the Tropicana and the last time it was at the Luxor...really really something to see. All real humans that have died and bodies went to this exhibit to show EVERYTHING! it was amazing! Dont get caught up in the "got a minute" line....they are the workers that keep trying to peddle time shares and such...it gets annoying...all you have to say is that its my last night and leaving tomorrow and they instantly shut up and move on...otherwise they pester you. If you do have time, go check out the Ferrari's at the wynn...will not be disappointed, and Freemont street....no vegas trip is complete without a freemont trip.

thanks for the fishing post there is hope yet!

The leafs have too much money tied up in three people...Kessel, Phaneuf, and Giggy, especially Giggy, who already knows that Burkes plan is for Jonas to be the goalie of the future. Goaltending in Toronto is always an off topic to me, quick to praise, quick to get kicked out of town...ie Raycroft...breaks record for wins, yet still becomes the goat...good on ya guys. This will work in leafs favour, if....IF, toronto turns around and trades Giggy while he's relatively young for a top 6 forward...otherwise... thanks for the great draft pick again!!!

some guys around here dip net them in the spring, dont know if thats legal or not, but they can them in Tomatoe juice, and its suppose to be quite tasty when done like that. As for angling them, worms or roe do wonders
