  1. That's a great piece of work. I've have the link to the video as one of my favorites and watch it from time to time.
  2. Oh yeah. The father of the lab we have right now is a Grand Champion from Canada. Good stock from our northern friends.
  3. Strictly indoors. Now, labs do shed. But, in the summer time, we have her shaved. Looks a little funny being shaved, but it certainly cuts down on the dog hair. So, our yellow lab looks kinda white, with a yellow tinge, during the summer months. During the winter, we let her fur grow normally.
  4. We've had a lab for quite a few years now. After my wife's lab died 5 years ago, we went and got another one. The labs we have are GREAT with children - even young children. Just last night our grandson, who is 1 year old, was playing the with dog, lying on her, petting her, etc., and she just loved it. She goes on all of our fishing trips, is great in the boat, loves to play in the water, and is a great companion. I don't think you'll regret the choice of a lab. I have no personal experience with the Siberian, so I can't help you out there.
  5. That's a great reoprt Joey and that ski has some tremendous colors.
  6. All of our best my friend. All of our best.
  7. Appreciate you sharing this Wayne, I was kinda thinking something was going on up your way. Patsy and I will keep her (and all of you) in our prayers. She has weathered storms for quite a while now and there's no reason to believe she won't prevail through this one either. These kids are tough and determined - that alone goes a long way. Keep us posted my friends.
  8. Add one more.
  9. Thanks guys. I had the pleasure to meet Jack at my first OFC GTG. I will certainly offer up my prayers to Jack and his family.
  10. This alone should go a long way with the perspective employer - showing complete honesty and integrity up front. Wish her all the best.
  11. And to think of the bucks I just put down for 4 Double-Cowgirls from muskytackle.online. These are better as I know Joey puts a little something extra in the bucktails she makes.
  12. Done deal.
  13. Always good for a smile ... unless the wife is looking over your shoulder.
  14. Of course ... I had to click on the darn thing too.
  15. Sweet. Nothing like "shattering" a record.
  16. Stay strong my friends and you'll beat this thing.
  17. I can't even remember how I found the site or what made me sign up. Dang memory is shot and I'm only 50. But, like many others, I have met a lot of great people over the years, had the opportunity to fish with OFC'rs, exchanged some info, enjoyed reading countless reports, and it goes on and on. The June GTG is great and I really look forward to that each year and already thinking about next year. Great site and ya get a little bit of everything along the way. Patient mods that try to keep all of us kids playing nicely. There's just so much going on here each and every day, ya just can't leave.
  18. Done and best of luck Brandon.
  19. Unbelievable. I know that when I am under power going through a narrow area, if there is another boat, motorized or not sitting/fishing there, I will definitely slow down as to not make a large wake. Even wider areas, when I see a canoe, I'll slow down until we pass. Common sense and courtesy goes a long way.
  20. Nice Fish. I troll with the Believer quite a bit and have never even had a hit on one yet. I know other who use them - with success. Congrats.
  21. Yup. Mine is green with what appears to be a bass on it. Also has Fishing Pesche. HA - Now if I could only catch some. But, it must be worth it. I spend more time on the water in Ontario than I do here in my own home state. 30+ bucks here for a license and trout stamp - and I have yet to catch a fish here in PA. But, I've only been out one time for a few hours.
  22. At 47", that's quite the impressive fish. Glad ya had a great season
  23. Sure looks like you folks made the best of the time you had up there. Mix a little play time with work - nuttin' wrong with that.
  24. I was up that way the first two weeks of September - with bieng at Wolseley from the 19th to the 25th. From the report I had posted, I had one on, another some after the lure (missed it) and had another follow. Seems the Double Cowgirls were the trick at that time, as another guy in camp landed 6 that week, all in the bay itself. That was the only lure he would get any action on. I know what you mean - I caught only 4 fish the entire two weeks and they were all small pike. Usually we can get a lot more than that.
  25. Welcome aboard Andre. You live in the part of Ontario that my wife and I love to fish.
