I have installed the dorman ones so far so good, in scarborough there is a exhaust supplier called muffler express located on progress ave, 416-298-6444 give em a try, carcones auto recycling or standard auto wreckers may have one
how are you pitchen? I use my 7'6 rod and i load the rod first by holding the jig before i let go as you get better you can forgo holding the jig, and practice practice practice
i use a small swivel out of my steelhead gear 15 lb power pro main line ans 8 -12 lb seagar leader line with phoenix or owner drop shot weights with the swivels as well matched with a drop shottin carrot stix and a shimano stella reel mostly perfect now, but tangled like crazy when i used flouro main line, best thing to reduce line twist is to stop catching little smallies
This is one of the lakes I planned for this summer to hit, anyone no where the launches are? easier to ask than drive up there at 5 am looking for the boat launching sign,
got a similar tonneau on my sierra think it was around 450 taxes in new awesome deal
as for the boat what you need help with ? after having many issues lately pretty much became an expert at rebuilding rewire and inventing new words
hydrogen or fuel vapors can build up in the bilge compartment and a slightly loose wire on the battery can create a spark when you go to crank then boom, your safe the boat appears ok need a new battery thats good, soda water is good for nueutralizing axid so is baking soda
what kind of beep, constant tone or morse like beep beep beep every couple seconds? constnat tone is overheat or fuel high rpm fuel restriction, beeping is low oil level or vro issues usually, if it went away could be a short in the harness
need the year make model for sure, but with most outboard 2 strokes a gas/oil mix as well as the injection is recommended for the first tank just to confirm the oil pump is functioning. I am currently running my engine at a 25:1 ratio for break in and having no issues with any fouling; you have a pic of the plugs do you?
overall i have used most of these mid size suv and when your towing the gas mileage is pretty much the same my seirra averages about 15mpg towing my ranger, couple friends get the same using there pilot's mdx's the toyota's seem the thirstyest (is that a word) so really buy the one you like there all built pretty good these days other the the odd bad one that comes down the line. If i was looking for something to daily drive and do some towing I like the seats and comfort of a acura mdx not to sure on the specs but most of my customers love theres
can i guess that it's a 3.8 l engine?
Why were the head gaskets replaced to begin with? my expierence with this engine is that the upper intake fails and leaks coolant into the engine when this happens it is entirely possible to hydrolock the engine and bent a connecting rod everso slightly when this happens the bad cylinder(s) will have a lower compression and a misfire at idle. do you have access to a scan tool? if so moniter the misfire data if it starts to smooth out at higher rpm and return to high misfire numbers at idle this can be caused by a bent rod (or sticking egr, vacuum leak ect but sounds like you ruled them out)
if you can move the arms without much resistence chances are the wiper transmission is broken, this isn't uncommon, also the motor may have burned out or lost its ground all are common issues
