I still have yet to land a laker using a tube bait, its probably becuase I only give it a try for a 5 minutes and then go back to a spoon or jig and minnow ... so just wondering if any folks here rig up the tubes with a stinger and if so do you run it through the hollow opening or outside of the tube ...

yeah I hear ya ... should have done that, after sitting there for 2 hrs with no action I figured a one minute pee break nothing was going to happen ....

passed by it a few times ... never fished it, right in west guilford with easy access, sorry can't help but i assume it must get fished a lot by locals

williams ice spoon, white jig head and shiner ... lakers , whitefish shiner on a chartreuse jig ... walleye

Thats what i'm getting on my 2010 Sierra ... We have a small car as our runabout, the truck is handy to have for lots of reasons ... the problem is my friends who call me every time they need something big to move or pickup ...

love that sled , thats gotta suck not having any snow to get that machine out my ice fishing gear is collecting dust not snow, not sure that even 2 hrs north of here will be any good before Jan 1
