I find this to be above ridiculous. They are talking about it on the news with such a laize fair attitude as if we should both expect and accept this happening. Anyone else tries this and they are in jail for a long, long time. Disrupting a countries transportation system and causing millions upon millions in lost revenues and productivity levels, let alone the immoral and offensive acts in witch these folks are getting away with. If a bunch of my buddies who felt wronged by the loss of a property which we had enjoyed previous freedoms on (say an old abondoned piece of crown land) went to said property and set up a barricade to stop the work of the folks building new houses what do you think would happen? Likely the workers would kick our ass, secondly we would be arrested, thirdly we would be shunned by anyone that knew us. This crap shows that if you act as a bully you will get what you want. Someone above said it right, Terrorism is Terrorism. You want to hold our province/country hostage you should be ready to pay the piper. Now I have THE RAGE...DANG Beer, Chicken Wings & Elitism!

Good Deal Dan, I know my folks love nothing more than hanging out with Cooper. He is 3 now and you can actually see their eyes light up when they see him. Send me a PM with your e-mail address...I will share one e-mail from my Mom with you.

I hope he gets a musky... Sorry to hear of your loss Cliff, the respect you just showed your brother in law in rememberance of his friendship is beautiful! -
I put 185,000 on mine in about 2 1/2 years. Great little car. I had the Subaru Imprezza with the 2.5 litre. Definitely get a 5 speed, you have a lot of available power through that little stick. I did ALL of the dealer suggested maintenance and only put in gas, oil and tires. GREAT little car. I also towed a boat with it and accidently took it offroading at 130km/h. When I went offroading I punctured the catalytic converter but that was it. The AWD system would make the fuel economy similar to a small 6 cylinder. I currently have a Mitsubishi Endeavor (until Thursday) which is another great car. Don't buy one though as you can't sell it. hahahaha mine is 2 1/2 years old with 170,000kms and it is worth $7500. DANG

Hey Guys, We just got in from the hospital. Got let out overnight based on some criteria given to us by the pediatrician. We are all to be back by 9:30 tomorow morning for some tests to see if we stay out or get re-admitted. DANG. Boy has got to put on some weight overnight...We will be working hard with him so that we can come back home tomorow. Everyone is healthy and happy, just have to get the weight of Carson up to a good level.
-
Carson was born at 8:45 on June 05. Mom and Baby are recovering well and will be coming home tomorow. 6lbs 11oz. Little man has some hair and made a strange request this morning for wings and beer. You should have seen the look on the nurses face!!! Hope you guys are all doing well, and thanks for the well wishes.

Nope... Not until about 8:00 am tomorow. This is a strange feeling. Kristi had about 44 hours of very hard labour last time. The last 12 were just terrible, the result was many months of agony. We expect this times planning will allow us to really enjoy the summer and that the new one will be healthier and happier for his first few months. With any luck I will get a report back to you all tomorow with weights and toe counts, etc... A real Gentleman, Roy Boudreau once told me something while we shared a drink at his kitchen table. "You don't know what love is until you have children"...I agree. Carson Steven Crooks, we so patiently await your arrival. Your brother has made your Mom and I two of the happiest folks on earth and we know that you will follow in his footsteps. Our love will be shared with you from your first day until our last! See ya tomorow, Pal!!!

Most everything in this thread is the fairly typical "public chauvenistic" response. Deano has an interesting point. Just a suggestion or maybe actually a comment. Complaining without looking for an answer to the root problem is nothing more than a carp session, generally won't get you anywhere. If you have the time to formulate the opinion and print it; you should consider spending equal or more time looking for ways to fix the problem. By-Law'ing things away is as good as trying to "inspect quality" into your product. If people care you will get quality, if people care you will spend the time to solve the problem... I am getting pretty sick of RANTS... Society needs to stop "Ranting" and start fixing!
