  1. Not cool, Hossa was cutting back to the bench, cheap hit, IMO and leaving his feet proved his intent. Smoking a guy peeling back against the play is cheap.
  2. Never picked them before, I think I will take my daughter tonight. So you want them closer to the ground and covered in brown for the ideal harvest?
  3. Ok, he's there. Who's organizing the car pool to his place. I'll order ahead, Med. rare please.

  8. Used Floroclear a few years ago before I switched to straight Fluoro. If I remember right it is a coly coated with fluoro. Great line for spinning reels, no real memory and good abrasive resistence. Definitley an option to explore over a reg mono line.
  9. They may not be all that bad, looks like they eat cigarette butts.

  16. Tell her to keep it in her back pocket Steve. lol Just noticed under the Mug Shot Avatar a Lie. I am not an All Knowing Angler. Mods, Anyway to put "Knot" between All and Knowing?
  17. One morning, the husband returns the boat to their lakeside cottage after several hours of fishing and decides to take a nap. Although not familiar with the lake, the wife decides to take the boat out. She motors out a short distance, anchors, puts her feet up, and begins to read her book. The peace and solitude are magnificent. Along comes a Conservation Officer in his boat. He pulls up alongside the woman and says, 'Good morning, Ma'am. What are you doing?' 'Reading a book,' she replies, (thinking, 'Isn't that obvious?') 'You're in a Restricted Fishing Area,' he informs her. 'I'm sorry, officer, but I'm not fishing. I'm reading.' 'Yes, but I see you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment. I'll have to take you in and write you up.' 'If you do that, I'll have to charge you with sexual assault,' says the woman. 'But I haven't even touched you,' says the Conservation Officer. 'That's true, but you have all the equipment.. For all I know you could start at any moment.' 'Have a nice day ma'am,'

  20. Mike, if you are looking for a "one off aka wedding rod"" and spending that kind of money I would recommend doing a custom rod build. Your have enough time on the water to know what you are looking for. IMO. If am sure you can tap into a lot of guidance here about this or you can fire me a PM and I can point you in the right direction if this interests you. Phil
  21. Being open minded, unselfish and having a lot patience. Not to mention, kick butt fishermen.
  22. Not sure, but does there not have to be an allowance on a body of water? Reason I mention this is an old friend worked for a conservation authority and we hunted a private lake once but gained access through an allowance. If I remember right the allowance was only 25ft wide or so and you would never of found it without a map.
