I just read some about an angler that is soaking their monofilament line before winding it onto their reel. Has anybody ever heard of this? Is there any advantage to doing this?

I was in grade 3 as well. I remember women crying and saw the shock on peoples faces. What incredible charisma that man had and what an incredible standing the US had.
