Well that sounds scary Cliff. I think I've given up on ice fishing this season unfortunately. Even if we had a long cold spell I still would not feel safe out there.

Great video, good info for those thinking of venturing out. I remember Paul, Terry and I went out on Cook's bay and they were on 4 inches, I was on two. We didn't realize it at first, then Paul said something about it and we left. You just never know! -

Holy ice storm down here again, jeez. We can't afford to lose any more trees down here. They haven't even finished cutting down the ones from 2013!!

Ya, with the rain we have had, it's not worth your time. We've fished Queenston alot and you will have zero visability right now. Maybe you and Paul can go after it clears up a bit. He knows the river and where to go.
