*****The Government of Ontario must allow boat launches to be open only to fishermen during the current global pandemic, COVID-19!***** I can't believe you actually want the ramps open ONLY to fishermen and nobody else. Don't you think EVERYBODY would like the opportunity to go for a cruise on the lake to get a break from what's happening these day ? Seems to me you somehow think your better than the family that doesn't fish but enjoys a boat ride.

I saw Ford on the news last night and he was understandably mad. He said they keep doing things to keep people safe and so many just ignore everything. They even taped off the playgrounds to keep the kids away from each other and some morons go behind and rip the tape down and cut off the padlocks....and I doubt if the kids have bolt cutters. He's said before that he'll keep doing whatever it takes and this was just inevitable.

....gas is the cheapest we've seen in years yet we can't go anywhere, I filled my truck a week ago and it's still showing full. I also filled 3 jerry cans but they'll be covered in cobwebs before I can use them. LOL

In these hard times what about the Fishing lodge operators?

There's a few of us that head north every June on an annual trip and rent a couple cabins so we've still got nearly 3 months and we're all keeping our fingers crossed. -
I saw a sign nailed to a tree today that said "thank you nurses" Thought it was a darned nice gesture

I use a BUNN coffee maker and am very happy with it and buy Maxwell House Original Blend. Normally about $14 but frequently goes on sale at Foodland for $6 - $7 and when it does we pick up several cans. I like Timmies but the only time I ever buy one is when were travelling a long distance a few times a year.
-
I drove by the local Timmies a couple days back and where there's normally a long line of cars in the drive thru there was one lone vehicle.

My raunchy days are far behind me LOL

Always have plenty of gobblers in the yard and it's interesting to watch them looking for a friendly lady.
-
Gonna put them on hold for at least a year.

Didn't hear any mention of weed sales being stopped

From just a little bit I caught on the news it sounds like the Liquor Store will remain open as it's gonna be classed as an essential service for those with drinking problems according to Dr. de Villa

Wife & I are both retired with 4 good pensions coming in monthly and we don't owe a cent to anyone so we're fortunate that we don't have the money worries that so many across the country are already having or will be soon with the 1000's of unexpected lay-offs and I feel very sorry for so many of them and hopefully it doesn't last too long. We also live in the country so not as many people to avoid like in the urban areas. I consider us lucky.

But if you test positive at least others living in your house can take extra precautions to keep more distance from you ? Just my thoughts anyways Cliff

Thanks for your concern HH but my wife hasn't been out of the house for a week and when I went to the grocery store it was 4:00 in the morning and I was the only customer in the place. We're very careful but still need to buy food.

Google says isopropyl alcohol will work well for a hand sanitizer in a pinch if you can find it Art -
...when the highlite of your day is walking into the local grocery store and finding the shelves full of toilet paper and paper towels ....or maybe it's just me LOL

Hopefully we've learned from mistakes in other countries that were hit sooner than us and are better set-up to handle this mess.

Lotsa places shutting down now, my wife was scheduled for physio tomorrow and that's cancelled, her hairdresser cancelled an appointment for Friday and an upcoming annual eye exam for me has been cancelled too. Guess it's gonna get worse before it gets better.

Paul, my last boat was a deep V Skeeter with a 150 Yamaha. The dealer told me he'd give me any stainless prop I wanted and seeing as I wanted the proper one for my rig I contacted Skeeter and they told me exactly which prop would be optimum for me and that's what the dealer put on it. If you were to contact Princecraft and give them all your details I'm sure they could tell you the right prop for your set-up too. And BTW, I've spent time in your boat with the previous owner and you've got an excellent ride there.
