Sounds like a good trip for you. You'll probably end up using what you've always used based on your confidence level. Where muskies and pike are concerned, if it moves, it's food. You'll also never go wrong with a perch pattern no matter where you fish. I know this is no help to you but it's what I believe. Good luck to you.

Unfortunately I don't think there's a lot anyone can do about this. The knee jerk reaction would be to ban the sale of minnows in all of the province. Make it illegal to use minnows as bait for fishing. That ain't going to happen. And all we'd need is ONE person who has no clue to go trap his own and go fishing...anywhere he pleases and the whole effort is shot down. I'm afraid they'll/we'll have to let it run its course and maybe find a cure for it. I don't know.

I don't worry about such things. To my knowledge, I've never been followed. And, Revenue Quebec aside, I don't recall ever having been robbed in my entire life.

Lew, I hope you know that I don't need to post to this thread. It broke my heart for you Diane and Sherri when I read your post seven years ago. Still does.

Take it to your regular mechanic and tell him you'd like the tie rods, ball joints etc checked.

They're using Lowrance units.
