having cleaned BBQs for the last 40 years, I do use them, I use a cloth to wipe the grills down. I take it up to temperature and then use an oil covered applicator be it cloth or paper and wipe the grills again. If your grills are V shaped as mine are I run scarper down between all of the grates. Once done I run the BBQ for a few minutes to burn off any build up grime. Always clean and ready to go. I just had a perfectly grill NY strip loin, wife seems ok with it.

Cliff I do the same BUT they always report on HIGHWAY traffic, UNLESS one of the major routes has an accident. NOtT everyone drives on the highway, me included. There is an app that came out and it shows where traffic is/will be backed up! Right The other night I approached Dufferin along Steels, just crawling, ok it's raining, fine get to Keele same thing approach the subway construction, here is a guy in the left lane stopped with his 4way siting in the SUV, across the street two I say two paid officer sitting around waiting for some construction equipment to cross so they can stop traffic. WHY in the (bad word) didn't they just push him 10 feet off the road! AND clear the problem! can't do that with the money they are being paid I guess.

Here it is, my parents/family invested in a "farm" 75% workable and rented . . .Agriculture, they didn't do their homework, future possibilities . . . Barely doubled in value in 25 years. If they would have bought closure to the GTA and very small zoned residential or commercial they would have made millions. They stream ran into the Notty noth of 89 and it was locked could not even build a bridge across. I only saw Chubb in there but they insisted on other species! Shop carefully and do your homework. Also if you do buy make a profit later in life it's capital gains time. It's where I am now. On ther other hand I know people who have made millions buying and selling land. Good luck.

IF you buy something check the zoning carefully for now and in the future. I had place that was zoned agricultural and a stream, that stream was protected. It will stay that way for ever. No dividing, no house NOTHING. Doesn't appreciate much

Know the feeling Bruce, mine have never seen a worm! Since my last daughter got married we go to her father in laws place. A resort with pool outdoor gazebo with a wood burning oven, full kitchen and everything else; lots of food and just relaxing with the eight grandkids and other family members. With four daughter's they never liked the rough stuff. At least I didn't have to cook. happy nonno's day Bruce.
