  3. Well I have never stepped In a target store here or the US, did pitch their flyer business but we lost. But what came out of this is a new 16GB iPad air 2 for $384.00 reg $546 at the Apple store. My iPad 1 will be going up for sale as soon as I back it up and reset it to factory standards.
  4. Take them all, we like pictures.
  5. I 'be read that, correct me if I'm wrong. Let's say you invested 30,000 sold for 60,000 your profit is 30,000 you have to pay taxes on half of the profit which would be 15,000. John thanks for your reply. The property was a farm and strictly agriculture and was sold to the farmer that lease it for 25 years. If that makes a difference being what it was.
  6. I sold some property and next year I have to claim capital gain. Adding that amount to my income will result in heafty tax. I can purchase RRSPs and probably reduce the amount I have to pay. Anyone have any experience with this? PM me if you want. Thanks
  7. Joey, don't get excited he meant plants.
  8. Crap I've never had my picture in ads about about beer! I was featured in Typography advertising and new business pitches many times and still am. But many years back on the way to the Sportsmen show 'we' for some reason ended up at the Brick Brewery in the Liberty Village. My good friend just walked in Are we going to get arrested and bad feeling until the BIG guy came out, Mr Brickman himself. Beer was free!
  9. Well after my second planting ($30 worth) I read about toilet roll tubes and foam cups! Well no tubes but the wife had a ton of expresso foam cups and that did it! She wasn't happy this year I have the tubes saved up just in case.
  10. Mr. B I open mine up until they are flat, I pound them a bit to flatten them. Minced garlic olive oil, fresh parsley and onion and marinate in the fridge. On on medhigh heat until done, I brush them with the marinating juice/ minced items. You can brush with BBQ sauce just before done. Very tender .
  11. I though of them also but never seen any. When the plants were cut at the base they disappeared (carried away??)
  12. Yah just can't set it and expect to hold lol "cradle" the egg with your thumbs and two fingers and 'gently' try to make it stand, it will take a bit but when the yoke is in the right position you will feel it and it will hold.
  13. I did and yes they were there! A lid from a coffe can with Hole in it for the hose stops them from going up.
  14. I've been doing this for years on end with my kids and now their kids. Try it toninght
  15. Yup you do had the same problem they would come in during the night and leave in the day! Found a time crack by my garage door (by closing the door and looking for light penetration) three died and filled the hole all is well. NOW if I could only rid them in the yard, there is a colony! last year anyway on the other side of my fence and they roam. Last year they cut all of my vegetable seedlings and ate my tomatoes close to the ground. We may argue againg this year. Anyone have a similar problem?
  16. Pharma companies are the wealthiest industries on this planet. Can they show some 'compassion' and just give it away on a trial basis. Their exposure on the results will more than cover the cost to produce. They have BILLIONS at their disposal. Wayne, all of the best to you and the family.
  17. I have four daughters all married and settled. Tell me about it Bruce I have 7 and another on the way. Yes they are expensive. Very expensive.
  18. Now that I know what a smitty is, I think I built one in the 80s sort of. It was blue box bolted to skiis and it wasn't raised. I only used it to carry wood to the hut. pulled with a snowmobile. Never had tow bar, went all owner the place when empty on the way back lol Nice build Brian.
  19. That pit is an outdoor wood oven in a Gazebo with a full kitchen BBQ, bar and more. NOT mine, my daughter's father in law. On Father's day we gather there and probably make 20-25. The ones in the pan are made in our reg oven. Better than any delivered.
  20. cliff the lamb is a bargoon at that price. I paid 5.99 at Christmas last year, Ontario lamb. Will get another for Easter. Fresh Ontario lamb is available most of the year. I only buy 1/2 at a time and most of it is gone with 4 Son in laws around the BBQ having red wine /)
