Page keeps reloading?

When I come to the site and scroll down the "General Discussion" page to see the threads. The page reloads and sends me back to the top of the page. If I can be fast enough to click on a thread, it'll go there. After that everything runs normal, as in I can go anywhere on the site without the reloading issue? But it all starts over again after closing the site and then returning?

What's wrong? Is it a setting on my computer? This doesn't happen anywhere else I visit?

Have the same issue, usually hit reload several times till it stops, probably an ad

I messaged the admin about this same problem. No solution yet

Does it here using Chrome, as I said earlier hitting reload till you loose the offending ad works but is a PIA

Are you guys running ad blockers, that could be the problem 

and  what browser are you running

NO ad blocker, running Chrome. It only does it about 25% of the time, but when it does if I hit refresh it stops.

Something has changed, it has stopped doing it for/to me? Thanks to whoever deserves!

Just did it here on Chrome, right click , hit reload and it stabilizes, thinking it is an ad.
