Monday Simcoe deep water was 18.9 C  surface. Pulled the anchor rope up from 115 fow. It was cool,not cold. Crazy with the colder then norm June we had.

Amazing what that very hot sun can do over a few days! I have noticed the same thing. Water temps much cooler than normal for the time of year.....then suddenly they took a jump!

Saw 77.9 today.  All this heat this fast definitely has put the fish down a bit.  Although I did get a couple of really nice smallies off edges with spybaits this morning.   Fun technique.

I am just happy I can have my feet in the water while out on the toon again Bill. My baffins have been killer.LMAO

Lets see what the deeps bring in the morning.

Saw almost 80 yesterday evening on the upper Severn.   Crappies were already in the spots I was hoping they were, lol!
