NAW Posted December 18, 2011 Report Posted December 18, 2011 Little Lake in Midland, and Orr lake are both skimmed over today. No sign of open water at all. Temps aren't looking amazing for the next few days. But at least it's gunna be cold at night. Should be able to get out somewhere before 1012

I dont tend to use the bigger style rods.....so far i've not hooked into any 'monster' lakers and rarely fish deeper than 60' for them......i find my walleye set ups with a tube jig does the trick for lakers.
