Weathers been pretty wild here all weekend. This vid just came across my facebook. It's apparently from just north of the Sault.

The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down

of the big lake they called "Gitche Gumee."

The lake, it is said, never gives up her dead

when the skies of November turn gloomy.

With a load of iron ore twenty-six thousand tons more

than the Edmund Fitzgerald weighed empty,

that good ship and crew was a bone to be chewed

when the "Gales of November" came early.

I was going to say if there was a big enough boat and good crew

then quote the

Edmund Fitzgerald

As the big freighters go, it was bigger than most with a crew and good captain well seasoned

Wicked video!

I was up there yesterday and the waves were not much smaller.

Since it was way to windy to float, I decided to do a bunch of bushwacking/hiking along a river I have yet to fish. Found some good and very bad access points LOL!
